Michael’s Auto Body of Beverly

I have not written a Unilocal review in a really long time, but I felt the need to after my experience here. I came here after I had been in a car accident at the recommendation of my usual mechanic. I drove to Michael’s Auto Body on the verge of tears and the gentleman who helped me could not have been nicer. He gave me a quote right away and offered to drive me home. He walked me through the insurance process and gave me a timetable of how long it would take to fix my car. When I picked it up today the whole car was vacuumed and spotless (which given the shape I left it in must have taken quite a while). The body work they did on my car looks great. I could not be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place really embodies what an honest body shop should be. I had some body damage to my minivan which cost about $ 1k. Originally when they scheduled my work it was going to be about a month out, but they spent time fitting me in just a week after I accepted.
They originally gave me a 4 day estimate to complete the work. It was done in 2 days. When I went to go pick it up, they had knocked $ 100 off my bill. Has that ever happened? It was amazing. I was so happy, until I actually got in the car and drove off. Then I was elated as they had detailed and cleaned my car, completely free and thoroughly cleaned the outside of the car as well including the tires.
I’ve rarely had this good of an experience anywhere, let alone a car repair place. It was incredible.

From start to finish these guys were all class acts, and honest, brought my 2013 Silverado in for some damage done to passenger door and truck bed and when I say the job is absolutely impeccable I mean it. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work, and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed !! Great job guys !!

This family run business goes way above and beyond the call of duty! Impeccable repair work including other minor things not even part of the accident. They also beat their estimate by $ 100 AND returned the vehicle with a $ 100 value vacuuming and detail work including Amoral on the tires. The car seemed brand new again. I was astonished and elated! Thanks so much!

After reading BOTh of the reviews, I called and made an appointment a few weeks out. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, but boy was I wrong. They took my truck in on Wednesday morning and by Friday they were done. I picked it up and it looked brand new! It came back clean inside and out, couldn’t tell that there had ever been any damage done to it. I have to say I am incredibly impressed and happy to recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. Thanks for being so easy to deal with and for doing such a great job! I hope I don’t need your services again, but if I do, I know I can trust you to do exceptional work!

My car was banged up when it went in, I got it back with a great job on the repair work, the entire car clean (inside and out) and everything put back together in less than a week. The car looks so much better, am very happy with the work!

Great service, quick turnaround time. My car went in looking a mess and came out as good as new. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I ever needed work done again.

My truck looked brand new on the interior & exterior. You can tell how much pride they take in their business & it really shows with their customer satisfaction. No reason to take your car or truck anywhere else.
