What a delightful family owned café! First time here, I came after a doctors appt upstairs. I had a Deluxe Grill panini with a side of slaw. Turkey bacon, chicken breast with mozzarella & fresh tomatoes/​onions on homemade bread. Better quality & half prices of what you’ll find one block over on 3^rd Street near the hospital. Salads look delicious so i might came back for those too. Great deal find in this area!

Great Caprese sandwich at a quaint restaurant next to the lobby of a doctor’s office building. So far as I can tell, it’s the only restaurant in the block.
The panini bread is baked in-​house and is super fresh, which put the sandwich over the top, together with the simple blend of mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic vinaigrette. Superb service by the owner and his family! And inexpensive prices too.
To Unilocal: It’s nearly impossible to find this place, even if you search «Yummy» and Beverly Hills, CA or Los Angeles, CA. I could only find it by typing in the actual address.

The egg, cheese and ham Croissant was delicious and the price is event better. Finding it might be a little tricky, it’s inside of the hospital. Over all great fast place

I’ve been going to an acupuncture clinic nearby and found this cute café with Unilocal.Indeed, I would not have known this place existed by just walking down the street because it is hidden inside the medical building without any signage. Wonderful food and service.

A great little spot. I had some time to kill before a checkup at the medical center. Unilocal told me this was a great place for lunch so I walked half a block to try it. I couldn’t find it at first… it is INSIDE the lobby of the building.
The service was great and, judging by their genuineness, I would guess they were the owners. I had an avocado sandwich that came with a side. I choose the pasta salad, expecting something I would have not eaten. It was this unique mostaccioli that tasted so much like potato salad. I cannot explain it better than that, but it looked homemade and was excellent.
Friendly place for a quick meal or snack.

Great food, great service, and great prices! Killer breakfast sandwich for $ 4, one of the best deals in BH. It’s inside the lobby to the right, you can’t see it from the street, so don’t miss it like I did the first time I tried to find it–

I have been going to Yummy’s for years! Every time I have a Dr’s visit, I look forward to getting something delicious on my way out.
I haven’t ever had a disappointing experience. The service is always friendly. The food is always fresh and the coffee is always strong. Those are three of my favorite attributes to a good place to eat. The prices are very reasonable as well.
My favorite is the breakfast croissant with fruit salad and a large coffee. It’s about $ 7.50 and worth every penny.

I like the fact that this is in a medical office, and I can grab a bite before going to see my doctor. The food is fast and good. Prices are fair, and service is great. Love the location.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had here. The owner, Roger was so welcoming and even let me sample delicious soups that he told me his wife made from scratch. My Denver omelette was delicious and I can’t wait to come back. They apparently can’t have a sign out front so it’s a little hard to find, but it is very worth it.

Great café nestled away in a medical center. Their soups are delicious and the food good is great and is not expensive. I eat here almost every day and am pleased with my food every time. Customer service is great. The parents definitely know how to run a cute café like yummys.

Love this place pretty good food with reasonable prices for Beverly Hills. The owners and their son are so sweet and welcoming. They played the soccer games during World Cup too. Looooved that! They have some pretty awesome soups too. Must try!

Yummy’s is quite a gem that I found as I visit my chiropractor 3x per week on the 5^th floor. Roger and his family embody the gift of graciousness and hospitality AND the food they lovingly prepare in this tiny space is superlative.
AND those soups, often sold out by 12:00 noon, so don’t miss out!

Like the person below me said, you wouldn’t know this place existed without being inside, but it sure is a nice little gem! This is probably one of my favorite places to eat in the area when I’m working, and I always recommend it to our patients who ask for a place to eat. I’m surprised with the lack of reviews of the place… this place needs more recognition!
Some things that stand out… grillled chicken pesto panini… and the POTATO SALAD on Thursdays. It’s a unique potato salad, not your typical «mayo» potato salad, more herby, lemony, garlicy, but sure is amazing. Definitely recommend trying it on Thursdays! I sometimes just eat Yummy’s on thursdays for the potato salad, seriously.

A tiny little food café nestled in the lobby of one of Cedars-Sinai’s Medical Group buildings. You would never know it existed unless you walked inside… You may even overlook it if you’re making a beeline for the elevators! Slow down buddy, Yummy’s is great.
Quick friendly service and decent menu selection with breakfast, sandwiches, salads, panini’s, coffees, pastries, and fruit smoothies. My favorite is their Grilled Chicken Pesto Panini with grilled chicken breast, onion, tomato, roasted peppers, and pesto. It comes with a Caesar or pasta salad and is the perfect lunch portion size. $ 6.95? Even better.
For CS patients or nomads on Robertson, Yummy’s isn’t a bad option to keep in mind!
