I wasn’t very happy with the company when I lived in a condo they managed. I felt as if they treated me more like a renter than a homeowner. Now I have request 2 times to be removed from their email list. This evening I sent a third request. Update: One of the employees called to apologize for not removing me from the emails. I do appreciate that and wanted to update the review reflecting that. However I still give them ONE star(only because I was unable to give less). This company does not give ample notice when work is going to be done. They treat homeowners like they are tenants. And they are not very honest. There was a point in which a repair needed to be done to my patio and I accepted financial responsibility as the damage was due to my dog. The problem is the management company stated I could be billed in the form of an assessment, when it came time to handle the work they did not stick by what they previously stated. There are MANY reasons I dislike this company. Lying. Incompetent. So thank you Trina for your call. I do appreciate that. Beyond that I’m still very dissatisfied.
