Fitness is an important part of my life. I use Pilates in everything I do, whether it’s running, exercising, or just living life. Ida has taught me breathing techniques that not only whipped my ABS into shape but also helped me get the most out of my workouts. She takes your personal goals into account while making the sessions fun, interesting and body changing. She is tough when she needs to be but also very encouraging and motivating. My body has changed more in these few months since I started with Ida than it ever has before. I highly recommend her!

Ida is an amazing teacher. She is knowledgeable and she always challenges me just enough but never more than I can take. In the nearly two months that I have been working with her, she has never given me the same routine twice so I never get bored. Ida is also very down-to-earth and the studio itself is very beautiful. It is small and there are never more than a few other people so it’s never loud or boisterous and the wall of french doors overlook a beautiful jasmine-filled garden. I saw changes in my body very quickly and my muscles were much longer and leaner than when I have used a conventional trainer at a gym. Also, Ida lets me bring my baby into the studio with me so I am able to put him on his playmat and we both get a great workout!

Wanted to try Pilates and heard about this place from a friend and I am addicted now. The instructor(Ida) was patient, knowledgeable and made learning easy. The location is exceptional, so relaxing and serene plus being Poolside makes it convenient to work on your tan as well!!! I definitely would go back, you cant beat the experience(or the price!!!)
