This store has an awesome selection of beauty products. The staff is so nice and so helpful! They answered all my questions and were really accommodating. I will definitely be going back!

I love buying all my styling products from Planet Beauty due to how accommodating they are to everyone’s styling needs. The Beverly Hills store is very clean and organized. The staff is amazingly friendly and polite. I went in to buy a blow dryer after I broke my old one. I talked to Amanda, one of the staff members and she was great on explaining to me the different types of blow dryers they had available. I ended buying the Milano blow dryer and it was definitely the right choice. Every time I go into the store looking for a specific type of product I never leave disappointed.

Great and friendly crew working here — it adds to the «Beverly Hills» experience. They know their products, the store stocks many brands, and I feel good when I go there. And they love my little dog too.

It was a Friday, I just got off work and was waiting for traffic to die down and had one of those days! I don’t if it was because it was Friday the 13^th but whatever! I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly girl, she greeted me a smile which now a days is rare, being that now a Days people aren’t that welcoming or friendly. She asked if there was anything she could help me with and I said not now thank you and she gave me my space, she didn’t follow me around especially being In Beverly Hills, I bought some hair care products, they carry Schwarzkopf !! I bought some Jane irredale not that many places I know around where I live carry. In a nut shell it wasn’t the products that make me want to return, it’s the customer service that I received as I walked in the door, the Mgr Amanda was such a pleasure and she has become my new found cosmetics guru, she does know her products!!! I was very happy and will d definitely make my stops here for all my future purchases as long as they continue carrying the products I love!!!

I came in looking for a hair product 2 days ago of which they ran out. The manager OVER-​NIGHTED the product ! Now that’s stellar service.
This beauty shop cares about their customers.
Manager, Amanda helped me to find the perfect dark gray nail polish I’ve been looking for. I ended up with Lauren B Beauty polish in color «L.A. Smog.» Love it !!
But $ 18 ! Whew… that’s expensive. I came home and saw online that that line of nail polish can go for $ 19. So – a good price at Planet Beauty. I have expensive taste. No surprise.
The shelves are dust free and packed with nicely organized products.
Evidently, they’ve been open for only 5 months. No wonder I don’t remember them!
I come to this area often and will love stopping in for my beauty products as I walk by. I joined their mailing list to keep up with all the goings-​on.
Got some great samples too! Love sample. Found my favorite products that way.
