Dr. Pang is great. When our son was born he needed some tests, but since it was New Year’s no labs were open. She got us into a closed lab, and got someone to meet us on New Years to take some blood and check him out. This was very impressive, not only of Dr. Pang but also of Cedars-Sinai which is just the best hospital around, by a wide margin. She’s great with our son, who isn’t the easiest patient, and she’s always calm and friendly both with us and him. We drive a long ways to get to Cedars and see her, but I think it’s worth it.

My kids have been with Dr. Pang for 4 ½ years. She has got a fantastic way with them and they really like her. She is more western-minded than I would prefer, but she is quietly respectful of my more holistic ways. She is fantastic at following-up with voice messages and once called me personally for a little miscommunication between her and her staff that left us waiting longer than we should have. My only complaint about her is that she is ALWAYS running late. I schedule appointments first thing in the morning to try to minimize it, but I always wait in the room for at least 30 minutes. She always apologizes, but it’s pretty annoying. I have a friend who also loved her, but changed to another doctor because of her lateness.

Dr. Pang is the best doctor ! My friend referred me to her and all the nurses I talked to told me she is a good doctor. Dr. Pang goes out of her way for her patients and got things done quickly. She is responsive when you leave messages to her voicemail and she followed up with my son’s progress even during Christmas/New Year holidays. We are so glad to have her as a doctor. Even though I don’t live in Beverly Hills area anymore but we still drive half an hour to go see her. The last I heard is that she’s closed to new patients but if you can still get her to take your kids as a patient, I will definitely encourage you to take the opportunity.
