After 4 months of struggle with my insurance company, I was finally able to get my hearing aids through Hearing Help Providers. The hearing aids made such a difference in my life. I was finally able to hear my friends and family, enjoy conversations, and feel connected to people around me. Hearing Help Providers waited several weeks after receiving authorization, to make certain of the payment amounts before meeting with me to fit me for my hearing aids. After wearing the hearing aids for 3 months, Colleen, an audiologist and billing staff, called to let me know that there was a problem with the insurance coverage. I had to return my hearing aids to Hearing Help Providers. I began working with my insurance company and providers to try to resolve the issue. I was able to provide my insurance company with the documents they needed today to resolve the payment issue. Within 2 days I was able to clear up the issue with my insurance company. Unfortunately, my hearing aids had already been returned, and I could not get them back until Hearing Help Providers had the check. It took 2 more months for the process to clear. I am scheduled to go back this week to get my hearing aids.

Easy peasy. I’ve been going here for over 3 years(I think) and love my audiologist, Lisa. She knows I’m broke and wont send my hearing aid away for repairs without a really good reason. And when she does, it’s always reasonable. She is very patient and will kindly oblige me — when I asked her to speak in a lower manly sounding voice, she didn’t hesitate. When I asked her to keep talking while I checked the volume on my aid, she rattled on about her day. Always easy to find parking here and pretty easy to get an appointment, won’t take more than a week, max. The receptionist is nice but could be a little sharper. I have to remind myself, my ears are not there to hang out with the receptionist, but to get a job done. Can you hear me now?
