I didn’t come here to smoke cigars but I have a fascination with men who do. I am not a member but was invited here by a member. I guess if you want to prove your connections and worth, you come here to discuss business or impress your friends. Strangely, with all the famous names around, I didn’t see anyone famous, just ordinary folk like me. We ordered a bunch of sushi — too much to finish — and drank wine — beyond my usual limit. It’s a nice place to relax and talk without feeling the pressure to «turn the table.» If you can find someone to take you if you are not a member, you won’t be blown away by the environment — but take them up on this unique, LA experience anyway.

First off, it’s a Private club. If you don’t have invite or friend who’s a member, you don’t get in. A cigar smokers paradise. High ceilings and open doors allow plenty of fresh air into the club. Big screens with sports is usually playing daily. The food from Via Alloro is outstanding. I had the Docer Sole with vegetables and it was amazing.

My managers brought me here and I’m definitely a fan, despite not being a cigar smoker. The beautiful ladies are gracious and friendly. The sushi was surprisingly delicious. More than that the vibe was kick back and relaxed. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It doesn’t hurt that my host knew half the joint, but still, had a really nice time. I guess a private club is by it’s very nature«exclusive» but I fully enjoyed the evening.

Great place to relax and enjoy the game. Great food and great service. It is a members only cigar lounge but you may still go if you’re invited by a Member. They have one location in New York but I love this one the most.

I came here after a business event, and before the afta party. Grand Havana Room is a private cigar lounge in Beverly Hills, located at Canon across from Rite Aid. It is a bit difficult to find the entrance and purposely so. I met a member and some other guests to smoke cigars, drink, and enjoy some apps. We were on the patio, and that is the best place to be. The service was stellar, the waitresses hawt, and the rest of the team was on point. The food is an afterthought here, but we enjoyed calamari, burrata, and pizza. The food was OK. No dish really stood out, but it went well w/drinks and a hot evening. I don’t know how much everything costs, or how much a membership is, but celebs like Arnold frequent GHR. The only downsides to this place are the unisex restroom, and the patio is shaped awkwardly. Its best to reserve the whole patio if you have a large party. Otherwise, you can’t move about freely. Nonetheless, if I was in the area, I wouldn’t mind having a membership at this cool place in Beverly Hills.

I was taken here on a date and wasn’t quite sure what to expect but ended up pleasantly surprised. I love a great meal, strong drink and secluded outdoor seating area with a view. I have enjoyed(tasting) the occasional cigar too and it is a different and fun activity appreciated by aficionados but also just those who are culturally open. Food, drinks, ambiance and cigars were so great, I just may have to see this guy again! :)

The Grand Havana Room in Beverly Hills is unparalleled. Hands down, this is the best place in all of Los Angeles to enjoy a cigar. The lounge is spacious, tasteful, and ideal with a high ceiling, a circular layout, and a full bar with a few non-dominating televisions for sports watching. The food is fantastic! The scotch selection is complete. And the service is friendly and gorgeous. I try to get something new on the menu each time. But I consistently enjoy the coconut cookies that they make. It goes well after a meal, a Tatuaje, and a Islay scotch. The cigar selection concise and meets all your relaxed evening smoking needs. The wall of cigar lockers will compel you to do better in life because you’re in very accomplished company. For many years, my brother and I wondered where a real cigar lounge could be found in Los Angeles. This is it, friends.

We have been coming to the Grand HAVANA for the past 10 years. The fact that you can go to a restaurant and get great sushi, wonderful service while smoking a cigar is more than a person can ask for. Recommend this place

I Was there BC I know someone who’s the member there. The receptionist is very snobby and annoyed; the ambiance is just ok instead of super fancy or any impressive. The food, on the other hand, is above average ! I have been told the membership there is no easy to get even u have lots of money! Only very few and very important people in town are able to get the membership, so guess that’s why it makes this club that special.

This is the best place to enjoy a cigar in Los Angeles. The first thing you’ll notice when you walk in is the giant, walk-in humidor. Members have their own boxes and if you look around in there you’ll be sure to recognize a few names. You can enjoy your cigar inside while you watch sports as the smoke is not overwhelming but I much prefer the outside patio that overlooks Beverly Hills. The cigars are fine, the scotch is aged, the food is delicious, and the people are beautiful.

Tried to inquire about a one day pass or if I needed to be invited by a guest… A very rude condescending man laughed and smirked«no one day pass». The girl behind the counter immediately ignored me and kissed his a**. I guess my millions are no good here…

This place has been around for years and is a members only private club. If you are lucky enough to be invited by a member, there is a bar and full dining menu. There are tables and couches you can relax on including and outdoor patio with seating. You get an awesome view from all the windows and patio. The food is actually very good here and is always a for sure spot to eat. There is valet up front or downstairs parking but you will need a key to get up the elevator from the garage. I suggest entering from the street if you aren’t a member. Enjoy!

I’ve been here several times with a friend who’s a member. The rave reviews about this place really stump me. The waitresses are there for looks, nothing else. They have NOKNOWLEDGE of the wine list. No one there has any knowledge about their wine list. Which is not stellar and overpriced. The food is decent, but not in any way great. The service is fantastic, but the cigar selection, when I have asked to see it, is usually small. I go here to smoke and spend time with my friend, if not for that, I wouldn’t go at all. There’s better food, wine knowledge and cigars elsewhere.

I’m a girl, you see. There aren’t a lot of females that come to this place. Most of them turn their noses up at the smoke, complain about the occasional loud sports on TV, or stare impolitely at the beautiful young ladies who run this ship. Fine, then please don’t come. But if you enjoy sitting atop a well manicured street in Beverly Hills, smoking a fine cigar, ordering a scotch or glass of red wine from their well-stocked bar, and having delicious Italian food brought to you by sweet, friendly, beautiful servers, then by all means let me take your coat, and come right in. Occasionally you might see a celebrity or two in this joint. More often you will see LA’s power hitters glad-handing, or big business being transacted by men who have personal security. This is a great place to network at a business level, yet make some friends that might become lifelong ones. Members come here to escape and enjoy their cigars in a very well ventilated lounge. There is a private room for your dinner parties in the back. You can leave your cigars in your very own locker in the walk-in humidor. This place is the pinnacle of beautiful cigar lounges. If you are lucky enough to become a member, you are very lucky, indeed.

Not sure if the environment or the people is what makes this place so fantastic. The service is terrific from everyone on the staff. Once you get past the front door you find a group of people that share a common bond and everyone is very laid back. Great conversations can erupt and the table next to yours may get involved. The food is very good and they have something for everyone since they must share a kitchen with all of the local restaurants. Sushi, non-meat dishes or a good honest steak I have yet to have something that was not great. The scotch collection is tops and is only beat by Seven Grand downtown. The patio is heated so even in the Beverly Hills winter it is perfect outside. Inside is what you would expect from wood panels to full padded seating. It is a social club and if you have an invitation and like to smoke or smell a good cigar, it is the best place in LA to have a cigar.
