Dr. Abad-​Santos is exceptionally knowledgeable. The new secretary is amazing at her job. The secretary had great medical billing skills and customer service. They go above and beyond to assure you get exactly what you need on time. No insurance or appointment issues experienced. Doctors like her are hard to find especially with an assistant willing to advocate for you.

This is strictly regarding the staff:
I called to make a new patient appointment, was called back in a timely manner which was great BUT the guy had no idea what I was saying.
I asked if she was in network with a particular insurance he said «ok» I responded with «so she is in network?» And got a response of «the fee is $ 175.00» we must have gone back and forth at least two more times before I said «Does the doctor accept _​_​_​_​insurance or not!» and the receptionist was not competent enough to understand. His response was «um the appointment might cost less». Waste of time.
