Love Bar on 4! Shopping and then cocktails. The bar is located in the center of the 4th floor at the store. They have the best martinis here! You must try one next time you visit! My favorite is the French Martini which is a full martini glass and some left in the shaker for you too! Friendly attentive service and good conversation. They have several several delicious options to eat here but the chilli is the stand out! Delicious lobster club. The bartenders here are excellent and make it a great stop on any Nieman Marcus trip.

Hands down my favorite spot in BH for lunch a cocktail! The drinks are always delish and the food is fab.(The handsome bar staff doesn’t hurt, either. LOL) Splurge on the Lobster Club or try the Shrimp Quesadilla. A bit spendy, yes, but well worth it!

Nicole was my server, who was the best ever. She made great drinks. I absolutely enjoyed her ‘rose risky’. Very refreshing but not strong which I like. She is very friendly. Make you comfortable from the start. I got to try their dessert ‘crème brûlée’ so cremy, rich but smooth. I can’t wait to go back there try other Nicole’s cocktails and next time with some food as well! Yes, it is pricy. You know you walk into Neiman Marcus. But you will get what you pay.

Good food, good drinks, expensive, but the annoying part is the bar tenders can’t stay off their phones. Hey do that at home? #poormanagement

Yes I miss the Mariposa, and this is no substitute, but its decent. No pop overs and very limited menu. Plus, your basically sitting just out on the sales floor, so its not like its an elegant lunch spot. Servers are always friendly and attentive and food comes out reasonably quick. I cant give it a 5 stars because some aspects are just not up to a 5 star rating. For example, the potato chips are some inexpensive store bought greasy brand. Also, portion sizes run on the small side. Food is good, but not up to the quality you would expect of Neiman Marcus. This is clearly a stop gap until the Mariposa Reopens, and when it does I will not be coming back here. But in the meantime, its better than nothing.

Be careful unless you are a big tipper! Today this restaurant(Bar on 4) is in the news that staff reported a Real Housewives star left a «cheap» tip(only $ 5) and also accused the star of being«obnoxious». Total lack of professionalism, especially in Beverly Hills where discretion is a must. If you are famous I would choose another spot unless you want to be reported by the waitstaff. They call paparazzi on your behavior if they think you are rude or don’t give them a huge tip.

It’s classy but the food is just average. The prices are absolutely ridiculous, which I guess makes sense but I paid over $ 20 for a grilled cheese! Waiters are attractive though.

When shopping at Neiman Marcus, or shopping in the area, this is a MUST stop. I can’t help passing up the Caviar/Egg Sandwich pared with their signature Martini’s, they are to die for. Service is great, super friendly and not bad looking either. ;) I’ve been coming here for years.

Wow. I am so amazed! I was so hungry and needed to eat after I shopped. The restaurant Mariposa was closed so this was the first time I tried Bar on 4. I am beyond impressed! I ordered the spicy tuna tartare and it was so classically wonderful. My tummy was needing something warm so I got hot tea! This place is elegant & classy. I loved being able to relax after a shopping excursion. I am definitely going to be a regular up here. It is so beautiful to be here…

Great drinks! They can seem pricey but you basically get two or three strong martinis when you order one. As other reviewers have said, the bar tenders are eye candy. The bar is located upstairs inside Neiman Marcus. Their chili and tuna tartar are excellent.

Didn’t know Neiman Marcus had a bar but it is located on the second floor. Just a small wrap around bar. I wasn’t able to try the cocktails because I am more of a scotch/whiskey drinker but they looked good. I was disappointed that they only carry just bottom shelf scotches and whiskeys given their location in BH and considering all the other bars in the area carry premiums. But I’m thankful they at least have a bar. Lol. The bartenders look like models and makes your shopping day a little better along with a buzz. Thanks handsomes.

This place is amazing and you need to be quick to get a seat because it’s limited. After a nice shopping day in Beverly HIlls this is my to go place for a glass of champagne and a lobster club. Some of my favorite things are the: lobster club, ahi tuna niçoise, spicy tuna tartare wrap, greek salad, and the tomato basil soup! Also go for the Cosmo it never seems to end! Try them you won’t be disappointed !

I went here with my friends in the fashion business for a little drinky-poo after some perusing. We all ordered martinis. I had the Tango Martini, which was very good. It contains banana and watermelon liquor. I believe they had Sparkling Peach and French martinis. My friend described the Sparkling Peach as «refreshing». I don’t believe the French one was a fave. Despite the different flavors and preferences, all these drinks were equally strong! The bartenders were very attentive in asking if we wanted refills or refilling our waters. There are tiny, screens in front of you where you could watch whatever channel they have it tuned to. The majority of the customers were involved in their own conversations and didn’t really pay attention to the screen. The screens could be more practical if customers could communicate with each other through them, play a game, or maybe just Nieman Marcus ads continuously playing. I gave this place a 3 since I only came here for drinks. I may change my rating if I try the food.

Sometimes all of that shopping can make a girl hungry! The other day my girlfriend and had lunch for the first time at the Bar on 4 and were pleasantly surprised. The lobster quesadilla was my friend’s favorite while I really enjoyed the chicken curry salad. The waiter was very nice and provided great service. The food is a bit pricey for what it is so I would probably only go back for a coffee and one of their famous chocolate chip cookies! Seriously the best!!! Must try. For those who bake, here is the recipe: * ½ cup unsalted butter, softened * 1 cup brown sugar * 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar * 1 large egg * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * ½ teaspoon baking soda * ½ teaspoon baking powder * ½ teaspoon salt * 1−¾ cup all-purpose flour * 1−½ teaspoons instant espresso, slightly crushed * 1−½ cups(8 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips Preparation: Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F(150 degrees C). Place the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in the work bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla for 30 seconds longer, until well combined. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the mixer, while beating on slow speed. Beat for about 15 seconds, stir in the chocolate chips and espresso powder, and mix for 15 seconds longer. Prepare a cookie sheet with about 2 tablespoons of shortening(or use a non-stick spray). Using a 1-ounce scoop, or using a 2 tablespoon measure, drop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet in dollops about 3 inches apart. Gently press down on the dough with the back of a spoon to spread out into 2-inch circles; there should be room on the sheet for six or eight cookies at a time. Transfer to the oven in batches and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cookies are nicely browned around the edges. Bake for a little longer for crisper cookies. Yield: about 2 dozen cookies

Yum! Bar counter service on the 4th floor at Neiman Marcus. Good food all around. Just delightful. American fare, your basics — salads, sandwiches, etc. Little TVs around everywhere too, which I found unnecessary. But yum!

Heavy pours, great eye candy bartenders… and yea. probably geared toward women a bit… sure… but it’s *inside a department store*… duh. And I’m a chick. A chick who loves food, booze, eye candy, talkin shit and people watching so… two thumbs up from me. There is another small sit down café that is more café than bar if you’re not interested in the scene here. It’s located on Floor 2 or 3 and is perfectly nice. We had great food and service there last year. Shopping takes a lot out of a girl, ya know. This is really more of a bar in the middle of the shopping area, with bar seating only, that happens to serve food as well. What’s not to love, really? A bar AND shopping… For real.
