Quad City Party Buses

This company is awful! I asked questions and told them I didn’t want a party bus for my daughters wedding because I thought that would be trashy at the church. Guess what shows up! Then they call me they day of to tell me they need to be done with us by a certain time. Not my issue if they didn’t time their bookings correctly. Then the ac on the bus wasn’t on but the windows were down, not cool for a wedding party, and the radio didn’t work. They had to use my daughters phone for music. The «owner» /​«manager» or whatever he is, was awful to communicate with. Hard to get ahold of, not timely in returning calls, had to text him repeatedly trying to get information. Then when I complain after the fact he tells me I shouldn’t have used the bus… so what at that point should I have done? Leave a wedding party with no transportation? He then proceeds to berate me for not spending enough money on what I should have rented. Maybe if he would have communicated prior to the event I could have better understood the product offered. I asked repeatedly for a picture and never received one. I didn’t really expect a refund but an apology would have been nice instead of him arguing with me. Plenty of other choices out there in the QC area so don’t use this company!!!

Never felt so unsafe in my whole life! Price change and we never got picked up.
