Amazing customer service, especially the manager! He was so kind. I called in with some feedback just to let them know the food was overly salty just so they can find out what happened, was looking for nothing else. He gave me two pasta dishes on the house. When I went to pick up my free dishes, I ordered a cheesecake when I got there for dessert of course expecting to pay for it. The manager didn’t let pay for that either and made it on the house as well on top of the two main pasta dishes. Really really nice guy and amazing service! I usually never have the time to go and write reviews about anything, but I had to make time for this one!

I have to admit, from other Ruby Tuesday experiences, I didn’t really think I’d ever eat at one again, but I was given a gift card and decided to come. I must say, the food I ordered was fresh and cooked perfect. I had a group of 4 and we all couldn’t believe the quality and taste, coming from a chain restaurant. Now, I can put it back on my list of places to eat, just not the previous one’s I’ve been to. Service was also good, but you can’t really rate that as employees in places like this are constantly changing. But our food was out quickly and the waiter checked on a us a couple of times as well as the manager.

Ruby Tuesday is a national chain, so as far as the basic layout, food quality, etc, you pretty much know what you’re in for. I dropped by this one a couple of times during a recent stay at a hotel near them in Bethlehem, PA. Their proximity to the hotel I was staying in really couldn’t be beat. I’ve been exploring the vegetarian options lately, and everything that came across my plate was fantastic. My group explored several appetizers and I have to say that the spicy shrimp my favorite by far. I had a grilled salmon caesar salad. I was feeling pretty good. The staff was fantastic. It took a few minutes to get us a table on a busy Friday night and they were so apologetic that I felt kinda guilty. Okay, so here’s the bonus round. The drinks here are super strong! I ordered a single and it tasted like a double — talk about getting your money’s worth! For a national chain these guys really rocked it. If I’m in the area I’ll drop by again.

Good burger but the best part was our server ryan Very thoughtful and also observing him with other customers, very rare to see someone who cares as much as he does. You’re lucky to have such a great rep for your brand. Ryan is amazing. This place is managed excellently. The manager was also very good. He greets all the regulars and keep them coming. Not from here but when in Bethlehem again I deff would return.

The food was good but the service could use a little help. I don’t know if it was kinda late that we had to look for our waiter but it wasn’t busy so I think he could have did more attention. But over all it was inexpensive and delicious.

Never had a bad meal here .Top notch service. Very clean restaurant. The only thing I can say about this place is the salad bar must have designed it for midgets try to reach for an item you need to bend over and reach for it to get the item you bring the item back to your plate it drops into the other item not good for persons that is trying to get an item was something dropped into it like the salad dressing but I will give it a five star for a chain restaurant

These chain restaurants anymore are the worst! Every time I go to one of these places the portions get smaller and the prices are higher! My veg was the standard frozen zucchini broccoli carrot mix and it was bland and still cold. Rice was Ehh the standard boil in bag type rice and the fish was again a frozen slab of mush! Generally I can’t even make it out to the car before my stomach starts to go haywire! It’s a shame these places don’t care about serving quality food! America has lowered their standards of what they find acceptable quality anymore! It’s a shame :/

OK… we are here again! Friendly Tiffany at the bar steered us to the Chicken Pasta Parm(HEAVEN) and I had wonderful chicken soup… just like momma makes! Hector was very customer-responsive and creative. Perfection after busy holiday eating… or any time.

These guys were super excited to see my group on a Monday night. It’s an older Rubies… typical salad bar… but we came to drink not eat. The bartenders were fast, there was some limited tap beer selections, full bar. We had fun even thought not too much ambiance… a bit bright and stark for a bar. They have 4 – 5 TVs in the bar area, and they had the NFL game on.

Food was decent. Small portion for the price. Service was good. Salad bar could of been stocked better.

Closes at 10:00PM. Got there at 9:50 and the door was locked. Unilocal says I have to add more information to call this a review. I will not go to a Ruby Tuesday again if there is something else open even remotely close.

Ate here with my mom and nana last week and Lindsay was our server. She was awesome. Always on top of our refills and was very friendly and chatty with us. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious! Extremely satisfied with the service. We will be back again and asking for Lindsay of course!!!

I’ve eaten lunch here at least 20 times. The salad bar is always well supplied and the service has always been good.

In a word, awful. The food is ghastly-greasy, badly prepared, and unoriginal, and there’s a ubiquitous sour-beer scent on the premises that I found unappetizing at best. When I went, the salad bar was picked empty, with lots of items unreplenished. We actually had to ask for silverware and napkins — something that should never happen. We were brought these gross cheddar-garlic mini-biscuits that were weirdly sugary and so oily I felt queasy after eating. The service was good, but it couldn’t make up for the bad, predictable, greasy food.

Right off the highway and next to a courtyard hotel this place is one of the nicer Ruby Tuesday’s I have been to. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive and the food was outstanding. The manager and staff take pride in what they do. In fact there was a person having an emergency while in the restaurant, the staff was very attentive and was handling the situation nicely in guiding the other customers away from the situation, acting calm and collective to ensure the other diners were not disturbed and cleared the way for the paramedics to tend to the unfortunate person. I would definitely go back and would regular there if I lived around there.

Although I’m not a fan of chains, I tend to visit this Ruby Tuesday a few times per year. I usually opt for the salad bar and the avocado turkey burger. The only thing lacking at this location is the quality and consistency. On multiple occasions, I’ve received room temperature food and waterlogged broccoli, however, I will return. The service typically isn’t bad and the menu is full of options.

I’ve been to this Ruby Tuesday location several times and while it is newer and cleaner than other locations locally there have been quirky situations worth noting. Twice from this location I’ve been comped meals and have been given gift cards by management for decent amounts due to serious kitchen issues and several service problems that the manager’s seemed to have no control over nor cared to get involved with. On one visit on a Sunday afternoon when it was not busy I was with a party of four and two of the people received their food about fifteen minutes after ordering while the other two finally got food after waiting almost thirty five minutes. Our server had no idea where the order was and kept disappearing, the food runner that brought the first half of the order said she would check on the other half of the order but of course she never returned. It finally took two managers to inform us that the kitchen«forgot» to do the other half of the order. The funny thing is that almost the same thing happened on my next visit about two months later also on a slow Sunday afternoon. So while the burgers were good, the fries are usually way too seasoned, and while the salad bar is also great this location has real issues in the kitchen on occasion and you could be waiting a very long time for a simple order to be processed.

Good place to grab a bite to eat. Took the family there and the kids LOVED it… Parking is laid out a lot better then other nearby restaurants. The place is never busy, which to me is a good thing. Everyone seems to want to eat across Rt 33 at Texas Roadhouse or Friday’s and this is the third alternative. Staff is very friendly and seats at the individual tables are nice and comfy, unlike other restaurants.

If I’m going to eat chain in the Valley, I’d prefer to eat at Ruby Tuesday’s. They make great margaritas and pomegranate lemonade. I’ve always gotten great service at this location and the managers are great if you do run into a problem. Warning: If you order a baked potato after 8 pm, it’s probably going to be bad. I tend to go for the Ruby Minis w/baked potato and salad bar. It’s one of the best sub $ 10 meals at a chain, in my opinion.
