NOTE: This review is based around the customer service, not the actual tattoo-​ing ability of the establishment.
We had been looking for tattoo and piercing places for a new earring for my +1. He lost the back ball of his earring and needed a new one so it wouldn’t fall out, we decided to just look for a new earring, in general. We had gone to about 5 or 6 places and none of them were helpful. Is that a surprise? Yes because you would think at least one place would be helpful to us… nope.
I Unilocaled places in the area to see if anything was open and this place was indeed open! We walked in and asked the guy about earrings and explained our situation with the missing ball. He put on gloves and searched his «tool box» for a spare ball, found it, and put it on his ear for him. He was SUPER NICE. He didn’t charge us for the 25cent ball, which other places probably would have charged a whole new earring for something so small. We were amazed at how personable, friendly, and just all-​around nice guy he was.
If I were thinking of getting a tattoo, this would be the first place I considered (after looking at their work). But the customer service of their employees is amazing and it’s what brings people back. Thank you for being just great people!
