Great service and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I always use them for the state inspection and I’m in and out in under an hour. Prices are more than fair and I’ve never had a problem.

Been a customer for years but that ended today.
Trying to sell unnecessary parts to customers is no way to run a business. Trying to tell me that something I knew was a fact was not true didn’t help much either. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Today’s theme was «the customer is always wrong». Be careful people.

Driving home the ride fell very stiff. Upon closer inspection the next morning I found the tires were inflated 25% over the placarded tire pressure! Not one of the four special edition stem valve caps was tight, either. Check their work.

I’ve gone here quite a few times and have no complaints. Prices are good, service is fast, and the staff are up-​front about how long work will take and how you’re going to fit into the schedule if you show up without an appointment.

What a horrible excuse for a mechanic. I can’t believe this place is still open.
I had my car towed there because it wouldn’t start and it was close to home. I was told I needed a fuel pump just to get it started. I was told that it would cost $ 360 plus tax. The next day I received a call from the mechanic. He replaced the fuel pump and my car was ready to pick up. However, he told me that HE made a mistake when he told me the price. He forgot to factor in labor and that I owe well over $ 500 dollars. He admitted it was his mistake and said, «yesterday was hectic, but that’s no excuse.» This was not a small difference in price, but he still expected me to pay over $ 500 even though we agreed on $ 360. I refused to pay anything higher than $ 360, and it wasn’t until I threatened to get a lawyer that I got my car back.
While my car was there, I was told that it needed a waterpump. I already knew this and was planning to get it replaced, but not at this place. They wanted $ 450 for the waterpump. Since another mechanic told me they could do it for $ 182 I told them I would be takin my car elsewhere. This was almost $ 300 more than the other mechanic.
Bottom line: the prices are terrible, the service is horrendous, and every time I spoke to the mechanic on the phone he had an attitude.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE THERE! Not only will you pay more, but you will be quoted one price, then without notice the car is fixed but they try to make you pay much more than previously agreed.

Though there are posters on the wall that state otherwise, appointments are necessary. I walked in with a brake problem and asked if someone could at least verify if the car is safe to drive. Rather than work with me, the service writer lectured me on how I need to understand that they only talk to customers with appointments.
This is apparently a new policy as I’ve been a long time customer and never had an issue before.
