I have been to this location limited times lately due to the fact that every time I go they can NOT get my coffee right. I literally get it black with milk and sugar on side so I can just do it myself. They get sugar happy when they do make it that I literally swallow so much sugar that I get sick to my stomach. It’s hard to jump out of car with two children. And it’s sad that I can’t enjoy the convenience of grabbing a coffee through the drive thru. I have made complaints to management with no outcome. Corporate should offer better training to their franchise owners so they can pass it along to their employees. And if corporate is offering proper training then management really needs to get it together. Sad to say that I went from a weekly(3−4x) to a monthly(1−2x) customer. And I’m sure months go by without going. 2 thumbs down

Between the high school kids who could care a less about getting your order right and the cashiers who get completely confused because you gave them a dime after they have already entered the amount you initially gave them into the cash register — I hope you have more patience than I do. I felt like I needed to be a Special Ed teacher to explain to them how to give me the correct change. Not to mention that I’ve asked for«White» Hot Chocolate and received regular hot chocolate on two different occasions, well — at least when their machine wasn’t broken for 2 months.
