LOVE Nabi’s! I work in the building, so I am a regular(they even know my usual sandwich). The sandwich menu is huge, so if you are new, take your time. Order under the«Order Here» sign and then pay for your food. The wait can be a few minutes to as many as 10+ depending on how busy they are. They have a really large selection of drinks, chips, snacks, etc. A lot of items are home made(cookies, muffins, etc). I am also a frequent user of the fruit bar(nice when I haven’t had breakfast at home). The salad bar and hot bar can get picked over, so arriving closer to noon is your best bet. Nabi’s is a great go-to for lunch!

Here at the Nabi’s Lunch Box. The salad and rice bars look well used as it is almost 1 pm. The selections are many and the sandwiches look appetizing. Lots of people here ordering sandwiches. Very busy and must live up to the stars appointed. Today I’m trying the new Yorker sub with corned beef, pastrami provolone, slaw and thousand island dressing, chips and a 20 oz bottle drink for 10.79. More to come: The bread is not soggy and keeps its great texture. The taste of the sandwich melts in your mouth. The wait for the sandwich was well worth it. Get yourself one and you will be thrilled.

A great place for a quick meal in Bethesda. The workers are always friendly and the menu is very good. I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is but I like it as a whole.

I do not trust this place as far as sanitation goes. The lunch bar always looks like it has been dug threw. I had a teriyaki sandwich, which was just okay. I ended up throwing the other half away. For the quality of food, the prices should be much lower. I tried this place ONE more time, just thinking I had a bad day last time… nope. The fruit i got from the bar wasn’t fresh and was molding. If you want semi cheap go here, if you care about your health… no way

If you love breakfast foods, or cold or hot deli sandwiches, this is the best spot for quick, office lunch in Bethesda. The owners make everything upon receiving your order and they use fresh ingredients for everything I have tried. My favorite selections are: – veggie omelet(before 11 am) – western omelet(before 11 am) – fresh cut mangoes, papaya, and rasperies yogurt parfait(before 11 am) – bulkoki steak sub(lunch only) – salmon burger The prices are very reasonable as well(much better than chain stores like Panera). All my favorite selections above are between $ 5 – 6! The owners are friendly and know you by name. They accept credit cards for everything above $ 5. I am so happy to have Nabi’s nearby and this is the go-to place for all my breakfast and lunch needs.

This place has the best salad bar I’ve come across in a while. Every time I eat here I feel like I’m loading up on vitamins and minerals. Lots of interesting offerings(which rotate). At various times I’ve found avocado, seaweed, some brussel sprout concoction, stuffed grape leaves, pomegranate seeds, cilantro, sliced almonds. Delicious. The entrance is inside the Bethesda Crossing building(look for the building with Cardinal Bank in it). Go into the lobby and turn left, and you’ll see it a few paces down.

This place is a find!!! Ok. So when you go in it really looks cafeteria style. Hot food bar. Salad bar. Counter where you can order food. Cashier. Lunch room complete with a news station on the tv. Feels like a cafeteria. HOWEVER: the food is much better than a cafeteria! Don’t let appearances fool you! You can always do take out if the atmosphere is not to your liking. There are plenty of parks around to kick back and relax. The sandwich bar is manned by deftly hands to make the sandwich of your choice. They usually have a lot if orders if you go at lunch, so order, get the rest of you food– chips/drink– and pay… if you’re in a hurry. I had pastrami. For the price it was not a disappointment-especially for Bethesda. I would definitely come again…

I work in the Air Rights building so Nabi’s and Jean’s are my usual go to’s. There is a Subway next door and Brown Bag’s across the street but the Subway usually has a line out the door and Brown Bag’s is over prices soups, salads, and sandwiches. The owners are very friendly and genuinely nice, the husband works the cash register and he always remembers who you are and what you’ll most likely get(not sure if that’s good or bad)? I feel more loyal to Nabi’s then I do to Jean’s so when I do venture over to Jean’s I always feel somewhat guilty. Nabi’s has a good selection(from what I hear) of a salad/cold/hot bar(buffet style). I’m not really one for buffet style foods(freaks me out) and dishes sitting on warmers doesn’t sound appetizing. The breakfast here is yum yum… I usually get their french toast or bagels. I’m not too fond of their eggs, something about them don’t taste right. taste like they came from a container and no seasoning. Monday’s and Friday’s are their chili days and it’s always a hit. They have a large menu for sandwiches which are decently priced some coming with a bag of chips. I love that the wife always remembers I don’t like tomatoes(don’t judge me) and no pickles(seriously quit judging me!) They do have plenty of seating area and a flat screen; it’s either playing local news or ESPN.

Nabi’s is another viable option in my lunch rotation. It’s located inside the Air Rights Building and not an obvious spot unless you work in that building or word-of-mouth, in my case. My co-worker and I hit up the buffet often when a sandwich just won’t cut it and we’re too lazy to venture further for food. The selections vary from day to day but I usually walk back to my office with a box chock full of meats and veggies for a mere $ 6 – 7 — depending on how gluttonous I’m feeling that day, sometimes it’s $ 8. It’s usually quite delicious but if you get there too late in the day, get something else. They also have a salad bar(which I have yet to try) and make sandwiches to order. One particular day I came and ordered the turkey club sandwich. It was a little salty but still delicious overall. I don’t get over here in the morning for breakfast but I’m hoping to soon to sample their breakfast sandwiches. There’s ample seating space and I think there’s a TV to watch as well. I usually buy and fly so I’ve never actually eaten in but for those who don’t like or want to eat at their desks, rest assured you can eat here and escape the phone for awhile. The employees are incredibly nice– always smiling and ready to serve. With cheap & delicious food and friendly service — of course I’ll be back!
