I’ve had two pieces of jewelry repaired here and they have done an excellent job with both pieces. I thought the prices were high, but not unreasonable. It was certainly worth it to feel like my valuables were in good hands. Friendly and quick, too.

Great, local jeweler, but very expensive. Work is great and customer service is exceptional. Just very expensive. Custom makes beautiful jewelry, does appraisals and repairs.

What a pleasure to find such a business. I took my watch in for a minor adjustment to the bracelet clasp. The owner took the watch into his workroom and came out less than a minute later with the clasp working perfectly. He would not hear of accepting payment. If only all businesses were run with this gentleman’s attentiveness and sense of professionalism.
