Perfect date spot. Located directly outside the movie theater. We got a dulce de leche milkshake and sat outside on a bench to enjoy. #sweet

Lets see, its my first time coming to this branch in bethesda. Its a little bit hidden i almost saw it actually but its right next to regal cinemas. Staff are very friendly and helpful, when i showed the guy the 20% coupon he took care of it very quickly.

There used to be another Haagen Dazs a block away that was amazing and well managed. After they closed I tried this location and had the worst bout of food poisoning in my life. If you don’t want to risk vomiting 30 times in one night, then I suggest finding another place for icecream.

Sanitary issues. It smells like disgusting mop water sometimes. Unhelpful staff. Over-priced. Over-rated. Sorry to be so negative, but if I want to clog my arteries I’ll go to Ben and Jerry’s down the street, thank you very much.

You would think working at an ice cream place would be fun. But it must be drudgery based on the sullen faces of the five teens working tonight. I think the only two words actually spoken to us were«who’s next.» And for $ 9 for our kiddie scoop and single regular scoop, they should have been laughing their asses off.

I can’t believe a single scoop of ice cream cost just north of $ 6. This wasn’t anything great, just your average ice cream.

I don’t typically get ice cream from Haagen Dazs and I don’t buy the brand in the grocery store. Saturday, however, I happened to watch a movie closeby and decided to stop in for ice cream. I saw the salted caramel truffle flavor and decided to give it a try because I love salted caramel ANYTHING. Well, this was better than I ever thought it would be — and the truffles were adorable, super flavorful nuggets. The service is fast and friendly, and the shop is nice and neat. They were also giving away $ 1 off cards for the next visit. Even without those cards, I’d be back for the salted caramel truffle alone.

I am not a huge fan of Haagen Daz but for now, it is the only ice cream store in Bethesda amongst a sea of frozen yogurt. Even so, that might be OK, except that this store is so, so incredibly stingy with ice cream scoops that it’s just not worth it to go. I’d be willing to pay $ 5 for a scoop but at least let it be a real scoop, not a teaspoon. I simply will not go to this store.

Good ice cream, but very pricy and always crowded. When did a single scoop get to be $ 5.25?

I love Haagen Dazs!!! I work nearby and come to this location often. Everyone is very nice to me and of course the ice cream is delicious!!! The strawberry ice cream is particularly refreshing and the shakes are super filling! Yum!

I actually threw away my $ 7 cookies and cream milkshake after a few sips. Yes, my fat ass threw away a milkshake. It was that gross.

A smallish Haagen Daz on the corner under Down Dog Yoga. We came in on a warm Sunday night after dinner. The line was longish, but it moved along at a decent pace. The staff was efficent if not overly friendly. That’s fine, we’re here for ice cream, not to make new friends. The counter by the register was so sticky that I loathed to put my purse down. But hey, it’s an ice cream shop, right? Although, since it wasn’t *that busy*(we were one of the last people in line), it would have been nice if the cashier would have wiped the counter down. It’s Haagan Daz. You either love their ice cream or you don’t.

This place sucks!!! Some overpriced bull$hit! The worst banana split ever! The worker did not even know how to make it! On top of that, the customer service was poor! I was Soooooo feeling like a kid yearning for those childhood banana split memories. Now, no longer feeling like that kid. This lady spoiled my moment! So long memories of a real banana split from the Dairy Queen /Baskin-Robin days. I’m Pissed!

Generally, I love Haagen-Dazs, but the service at this location is awful! It seems like the folks working here are more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually doing their job. The severely rude and uninviting atmosphere makes you feel bad for even wanting ice cream. If you want Haagen-Dazs without attitude, your best bet is going elsewhere.

Check this place out in the summer — the kids(especially pre-teen girls) are out of school and they think they’re cool enough to stay out pass 10, eat ice cream among friends then hang out outside until a parent with a van or SUV comes and takes them home. And I’m sure their ice cream is good too.
