The Fitzpatrick Group helped us with the purchase of our first American house. We are originally from Europe, where house purchases happen in a very different way. Sue and her team held our hands through the whole process.
Before we made up our minds about one particular house, they were very flexible in showing houses that were on the market.
Once we were ready to make an offer, they were always — I mean ALWAYS, even on Christmas Eve — available to explain procedures to us or to answer any question we had (Even when those related to bank loans, inspection, title insurance, …).
