don’t waste your time or money. I, too, used a living social deal for a shellac mani and a pedi. the pedi wasn’t great, but much better than what was to come. I agree with the previous poster, my shellac french manicure looked like a 4 yr old did it. when I saw what the first nail looked like, I asked the woman to fix it and her response was that she’d have to start all over again. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but would have appreciated it if she had suggested I go with a solid color instead of french because she was not good at it. I will not be returning and stopped at a drug store on my way home to get acetone. ugh.

I went in with the living social deal for a mani pedi. The salon was kind of a mess downstairs where the nails/massages were completed. My pedicure was pretty good. Nothing to complain about, but also nothing special. My manicure was complete crap. She didn’t trim my cuticles. She painted my nails about as well as a four year old. It looked pretty awful. She left policy on my cuticles and didn’t even paint straight edges on almost of my nails. I was in a rush and couldn’t stay longer to have them fixed. I should have complained and had them fixed, but I didn’t. I would not return.

I went to Salon Richards for a manicure/pedicure. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and still they took me ½ late. Then I recieved the WORST manicure/pedicure ever !!! I honestly NEVER in my life had such a sloppy/messy manicure. She didn’t even push mack my cuticles back or cut them… she didn’t buff my nails so I have ridged under the polish. It honestly looks like a 8 year old did my nails. When I went into work I showed my co-workers and they couldn’t even believe how awful my nails looked !!! Never again…

I’ve been going here for about a year now. They’re great with color(one of the few places in Pittsburgh you can get INOA color), and the staff is super-friendly. A couple of times I’ve been offered a free manicure while my color was developing– thought that was very nice.
