Poor chimney was completely overdue for a sweep. I believe it was the owner… came out and cleaned up. He was very honest about the condition of the chimney, as well as what is best when using the thing. I love a good fire when there is a chill in the air. Appears mine isn’t the old fashioned type of chimney where you can throw on 15 logs (yes exaggerating), but still… it’s all I’ve got. I’m just glad it’s all cleaned up without having to pay an arm and a leg.
I wish I was there to shake his hand… apparently it’s good luck!
