I had a quite different experience from the previous reviewer. The coffee was actually not bad on my recent visit. On the way back to NH, I made a pitstop at Coffee House & General Store, which has a drive-up window in front of the building. However, I decided to go inside to check the place out. The place offers the typical convenience store items as well as a few varieties of New England Coffee(self serve dispensers), iced coffee, hot chocolate, and prepared foods including sandwiches, fried foods, baked goods from a local bakery, and pizza(by the slice or pie). Meal deal specials are offered here. A few tables are available inside the store. I got a medium coffee and a slice of cheese pizza for around $ 3 and some change, not bad. Both the coffee and pizza slice were a bit lukewarm, but decent and passable. The pizza slice had a doughy firm crust topped with sauce and a good amount of cheese. The cinnamon sticky bun flavored coffee had a decent flavor, but it was just okay since the coffee was not that hot, probably from sitting out for a while in the carafe. The coffee did its job and I was good to go for the rest of my drive back home. I would give this place an overall 2.5 stars, but rounding up for being quick and convenient.
