Poor service and this is why:(1) did not arrive on time arriving 90 minutes late without a call(2) Josh’s attitude was egoistical and demeaning and argumentative(3) another pipe was broken although did not inform us or fix it until the next morning when we had no water and(4) there was advertised a senior citizen discount and when, asked about it, Josh asked my age(64) he intermediately raised the age to 65. The next day, I called their office and was told that the owner would call me which was ridiculous. We played phone tag for a week and I gave up. Nothing was discussed or resolved. Doing business with these people is a joke and we are done with them. If Josh’s attitude had been different by being helpful and nice, we could forgive all of this, but as he was leaving he said, «don’t call us again for help!» That won’t be a problem — we never intend to call them again.
