This was my very first housecleaning experience, so I was a little nervous, but it was a great experience! I purchased a coupon online for a discounted cleaning and wasn’t sure what to expect. Scheduling the service was quick and easy. The ladies showed up early and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, living, room, dining room and bedroom top to bottom and did a great job! They were very friendly, efficient and professional. I appreciated how they asked questions about what I wanted and put me at ease. They did what would take me a whole day in just an hour and a half! Even my husband, who has very high standards of cleaning, was impressed. I have already called to set up another appointment!

If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I bought a coupon to have my house cleaned by Drahota and scheduled my appointment over a month in advance. I specifically stated I need this cleaning done by 1 Dec because I am moving out of my place and need to turn in keys that evening. It was all fine with the lady on the other end of the line and my appointment was set for 7 am on 1 Dec. On 30 Nov, I called to confirm my appointment was still on for the following morning. The same girl who set up my appointment a month ago confirmed everything was set. The weather was bad during that night so I called the morning of my appointment to see if the cleaners were running late. The same lady I spoke with the night before tells me she is canceling my appointment and the earliest my house will be cleaned is 15 Dec. When I reminded her that I need to turn in keys that evening, she tells me she didn’t know this was a move out cleaning and now it will take more time to do and there will be additional fees. When I told her none of this is on her coupon and we scheduled it all a month ago, she told me I can call Amazon Local and get my refund, then hung up on me. When my roommate called her to see if he could smooth things over, she literally yelled at him and hung up! My first call today was to get a refund and file a complaint with Amazon Local(they are really great, by the way), my next call is going to be to file a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this poor excuse for a business at all costs!
