Best winery in Southwest Michigan! Always friendly. They make you feel like family. Also have the best glasses. Lemon Creek staff is mostly concerned with great guest service.

Rachel was extremely friendly and helpful behind the bar. The wine was excellent and our whole group had fun. The décor was pretty and it was easy to find. We’ll be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came for a bachelorette party and showed up a half hour early so they refused to serve us. Our business apparently isn’t good enough for them. Terrible customer service. Appalled. Lemon Creek? More like Shady Creek.

Older prettier, classic country winery. Proudly displaying many awards the personality of the servers was genuine and warm. They have a bigger menu then most places I’ve been, they also let you take home a price of their stemware. However the pours here for testing are less then an ounce so be prepared and don’t complain. Its delicious and the staff are very sweet.

I visited Lemon Creek Winery on a Grapes and Grains tour and I have to say that Lemon Creek was one of the most tasteful tasting rooms we visited. Recently remodeled, the floor to ceiling windows and multi colored wood finishes give the entire room a spacious and polished look while the long counter creates and welcoming place for patrons to mingle and taste. While I enjoyed the wine at Lemon Creek I thought the atmosphere was the real draw here. The wines were good and the whites very refreshing but nothing truly stuck out of me. I loved enjoying a crisp Sauvignon Blanc on their expensive patio though! Definitely make sure to stop at Lemon Creek for a leisurely tasting.

Environment was very cozy and family oriented. You can tell the family truly loves wine and is down to earth about it. The wines are pretty good. We paid $ 8 for 5 tastings and got to keep the glass. However, the bottles are a little pricey and we did not buy any to take home. We specifically enjoyed the red wines.

Let me start by saying that I only stayed at this winery for 5 – 10 minutes max. That is because upon arrival, parking was confusing. There was very little parking available, and no one directing traffic. We walked in and it was very crowded. No one greeted us. There was very little direction, and the bar was crowded. This was frustrating, being as this was our first winery experience. We left and went to Round Barn Winery where the experience was quite the opposite. That is to say, if you know what your doing, maybe this is the place for you. If this is your first winery experience, maybe you should try Round Barn instead(or another option).

This was a cute little winery with a decent selection of wine. It was pretty busy when we went but got right in and we were taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend this winery to anyone out doing the wine trail.

Love this place! We’ve been coming here for years for the U-Pick cherries, peaches, apples, berries. Bring the whole family. Everyone is nice here and helps you out. You’re free to roam around and pick what you like. Eat lots of delicious peaches and cherries too. If you’re out swimming at warren dunes make sure to visit here!

One of our favorite wineries! Love their wine, cute little place, very nice employees! Upon reading the reviews I see a lot of complaints about customer service, which I felt was really great. But we were also there when they opened, the tasting bar was full but they seemed to give everyone equal attention!

Too crowded on a summer Saturday afternoon. The employees have no time to talk to you about their wines, barely have time to acknowledge you and pour a tasting. Its $ 8 for 5 tastes and a glass to keep. While I found the dry wines decent, especially the Cabernet Barrel Select, I did not enjoy the experience of wine tasting — too rushed, impersonal, totally lacking information. Not fun at all.

The wine was good. But the customer service was terrible. She was more concerned with cleaning up to close then serving her customers. Customer always first. There was still 10 minutes left before close time. Very rude.

I am a sweet wine drinker at heart so my reviews are mainly regarding sweet wines. At Lemon Creek Winery, the best one I had was the Snow Moon ice wine. This was not included in the wine tasting and was an additional $ 3 to try. But as I know about ice wines, the moment you try them, you debate for a while on whether to spend that money to buy a skinny bottle. I decided not to but this was the most memorable wine.

Fantastic winery. We didn’t arrive until 10 mins before closing and were hesitant but they were totally inviting. We ended up buying 3 bottles and getting recommendations on 3 other wineries to check on our next trip including what specific wines at each.

Went for a tasting and bought 2 bottles of wine. The location and interior was great and cozy. The tasting was good but a little rushed. I prefer a little more background and description of the wines I’m tasting but didn’t really get any more information than what was on the menu.

Affordable great tasting wines! We had Alex helping us out. He was very knowledgable and helpful with all the wines. I learned about what makes a Reisling sweet. Great place to check out!

What a bad experience,. I felt some racial tension. I felt like we were put off for a lot of other consumers. The female bartender which was probably the owner kept thinking my parents & I were going to cheat her off a tasting. First of all, they didn’t even give my parents a sheet of wines. While she made sure all other consumers had one,. Then we didn’t have a pen or pencil to check off & she did not know how to keep track. Didn’t ask us if we wanted to buy one. Didn’t bother to talk to us. We decided to buy a bottle each & as she charged my mom, didn’t even give her a receipt nor a copy to sign. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!!! stay away everyone!

My friend and I stopped here last weekend on our own little wine trail tour. We each paid $ 5 and got to try 5 different wines. Let me tell you, there was not a bad one in the bunch. They have the oldest cab sauv vines in the state(159 years old!) The wines we tried were the following: ’12 Chardonnay(0) $ 12.00 ’12 Chardonnay Reserve(0) $ 10.00 ’12 Gewürztraminer(0) $ 16.00 ’11 Kerner(0.8) $ 14.00 ’11 Pinot Noir(0) $ 17.00 ’11 Merlot(0) $ 19.00 ’11 Cabernet Franc(0) $ 20.00 ’11 Barrel Select Cabernet Sauvignon(0) $ 22.00 ’11 Cabernet Franc Reserve(0) $ 28.00 Peach Spumante $ 15.00(Sweet) They were all delicious and I ended up walking away with a bottle of the Kerner and the Cabernet Sauvignon. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were talkative and wanted to share information about their wines, clearly very proud of them. We also paid $ 5 more for a taste of a Cab Sauv reserve that was very nice. I can’t wait to go back here. Plus, they have a farm stand and a grove of peach trees. Although there is no «u-pick» this year because of the cold weather we’ve had, we bought some apricots and enjoyed them right away.

Lemon Creek is always pretty crowded and I’m not a huge fan of the sweeter wines, that seem to be their specialty. The tasting are plentiful and reasonably priced(bring back your tasting glass for a discount). It may be due to the crowds, but the servers at LC don’t chat it up with you as much as some of the other wineries. They have never been rude of anything, just a bit more disinterested then some of the other stops. One of the fun things to do in the summer is take a tractor ride out in the field behind the store, which my group usually does on our annual wine tour. This is especially enjoyable when the weather is just right. Overall, Lemon Creek it’s my personal favorite, but its worth a stop if your in the area, especially if you like sweet wines.

I’m a sweet wine kind of girl! If you are too then you have to try the Peach Spumante and the Cheery Wine! Yum! The wine servers were super friendly and knowledgeable! I heard that during the summer they have a fruit farm which you can go pick fruit and have a small picnic eating the fruit you picked which sounded kind of cool. I’ll be back during the summer! Also, there are two of the sweet dogs there! I’m assuming they are the owners. They kind of hang out and lounge… adorable!
