Pounds of peel and eat Old Bay shrimp. Rum and cokes. Miller lights and Budweiser. Low key and you get exactly what you expect. Love this place. Nachos are killer too.

Tried to eat there on 9÷26÷2015 as we have eaten there often. Waited 45 minutes for a bowl of soup which was suppose to be an appetizer, however, it came out with my tacos. My wife’s taco salad NEVER arrived as I ate my whole meal and had 2 beers. We were told several times«it was coming»! I told our server I would pay and leave and she acted as we couldn’t. I told her we weren’t waiting another minute and we would pay for what I ate. She was huffing over this and offered a dessert but with the way the hour wait went, we just left. Will NEVER go back again as it is not our fault there was only one cook and compensation should have been a free meal. No manager ever approached to fix the matter, the server acted as it was our problem. All I say is would the cook or this server wait an hour for a meal as another dining person ate their meal and was finished? I think not!!!

This place was great and our server, Billie Joe, was wonderful. Great crab dip and nice atmosphere to watch the game — especially since we came here after walking out if green turtle for crap service. Very attentive service, clean and friendly.

Crab cake was filler heavy with low end quality crabmeat. Steamed shrimp while seasoned well were on the small side. Take out order was incorrect entrée wise and on a second occasion, one salad short. Green beans were tasty yet inconsistently prepared. The atmosphere is one step up from a dive bar. On the bright side, a female bartender generously cut up an entire lemon when asked for extra. If garnish is your thing, this would be the place for you.

Interesting local atmosphere. Happy hour drink prices are good but bar customers are a little rowdy and language was spicy. The burgers are fantastic and are served with fresh cut fries. I would recommend if you’re not overly concerned with the harsh language.

Although considered a restaurant, the quality of food lets you know this place is a bar first and restaurant second. Good pub food(burgers, foot long dogs, etc) and fantastic happy hour specials(the beer is cheaper than the sodas!). A great little dive.

Great pub food, great happy hour specials till 7:00 pm.$ 1.50 drafts, $ 2.00 house wine. ½ lb peel & eat shrimp for $ 5.75. Get there by 5:30 for a seat without a wait if you want happy hour specials. Known for their burgers, but everything is fresh and delish!

We’ve been coming for just about a year now so let me give you some tips on how to get the most out of Whiskers. DO consider specials that sound country style. Whiskers makes some fine home-style cooking. Think meatloaf. DON’T get the burgers. They’re hockey pucks DO come at off hours: the service is far better then. DON’T order any of the Mexican specials. I had one scary«chimichanga» here a few months ago. DO order a crock of the chili. This is Mexican that they do make well. DO order a Yuengling. It’s on tap and cheaper than the soda here. DO order Italian-style specials. The chef definitely has a flair for it. DO ask for chicken gravy on your french fries. Awesome. Trust me. DO order the«Whisker’s Chicken Platter» if you like fried chicken. Be prepared to violate the«don’t eat anything bigger than your head» rule. You *will* have leftovers to bring home. Given the above guidelines, we have a great experience here everytime.

½ price burger night is Monday’s during off season — and the burgers are great!!! Their Reuben Burger is a winner. Pay the extra $ 1.99 and get their sweet potato fries with horseradish sauce — wow! Surprisingly, my husband and my favorite item here is their gazpacho — not something I would expect from a dive bar, but it’s great. As are many of their soups, so definitely try some. The service can be sketchy, but there are some servers who are outstanding. Their happy hour specials are super and yes, beer is less than soda — which is how you can really tell this is a great bar!

Whisker’s Bar & Grill is alright. The Karaōke on Friday’s is amusing. The guy who leads Karaōke seems to sing more than the patrons. He is alright though. The place is a typical dive type bar. Reasonable prices. The food is good. However, we suspect one of our party ahd some pretty sever food poisoning from the gyros… BEWARE! This place is close to Ocean Pines and has plenty of parking.
