When everywhere else has stopped making food, you go to Center Station Pub & Grill. The kitchen is opened until 1 a.m. Saturday night/Sunday morning. I went here last night with my friend after working a late closing shift. We arrived around 11:30 p. m and we were the only ones at the place, which was cool because we felt like we owned the place. Our bartender was a chilled girl who was very attentive, afterall, we were the only ones at the bar. I was craving a hamburger so I ordered a bacon and bleu cheese one. The patty was a little burnt with charcoal though I wanted medium cooked. I couldn’t taste the bleu cheese because there was not enough of it, but I was happy that Blue Moon was on draft. Fries were okay, but at that point, I was so hungry that anything tasted good. My friend had a couple of bites of my burger and thought it was gross. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because the Pub is probably used to serving drunks. Since I am in Berlin, it is cool to have a place near my house. Perhaps it could be a place where everyone knows your name

This is definitely more of a pub than a restaurant. Lots of TVs on the walls, dartboards, etc. Went here on a Friday evening and it was nearly deserted. Couple of guys sitting at the bar. Our waitress was lovely but could not compensate for the shortcomings of the kitchen. After reading reviews, I really wanted to try the chicken parm sandwich. Sorry, not available tonight. Nor were the jalapeño poppers. OK, plan B. i ordered the bacon bleu burger, medium rare, and my companion ordered buffalo chicken tenders. We also ordered mozzerella sticks. The three mozz sticks came with chunks of canned tomato on top and were ok once we scraped those off. My burger came with a slice of American cheese on it(?!?) and a smear of bleu cheese dressing. There was no pink to the meat. Little flavor to the bacon. The only thing breaking up the blandness of the burger was a bit of char flavor from the grill. We both received fries with our meal. They were limp and greasy. Even a liberal application of salt did not help with the flavor. The above food, plus a diet Coke and a beer, came to $ 30. As we left, we passed a Dairy Queen about a block away and wished we’d eaten there instead.

Picked up a GroupOn for this place because I tend to shoot pictures at the nearby Amtrak station and I figured it’d be a quick way to fill my stomach and burn time between trains. If you don’t mind loud discussions of «tits» and«ass» liberally peppered with«fuck» brought to you by drunken patrons while you wait for overpriced, underwhelming food… then this is definitely the place for you. If you have kids — or class — I recommend giving it a pass.

Another great local bar with awesome local music. Super central location, right on rte 372 in Berlin, I found myself at the Center Station Pub and Grille to check out an awesome local act, a rock/blues trio called Indian Summer. The sound was really good, which makes a great band sound even better. The bartender was very friendly and offered tastes of beers for my girlfriend and I while we debated the draft list. A late night menu was available, and the nachos were surprisingly quick and very tasty, and a fried chicken grinder at 11:30TOTALLY hit the spot. Decent prices, too. Under $ 25 for four beers and nachos. For a Saturday night, the crowd was slim but good company. Mostly locals, a few bikers, and some awesome music lovers.
