Why outside card reader (to access ATM machine after work hours) not working all time. Need replace that old junk or open to 8pm. Everytime go there I need to go somewhere other branches. Worst place

Way, way better, faster and more efficient than the one on Christie. The reps did not pressure me to open any accounts and quickly closed a few accounts I had been pressured to open at Christie and reversed all the charges without having to be asked. Excellent customer service.

The manager takes her lunch breaks during the normal lunch hour which doesn’t seem right considering that’s when most professionals have the time to bank in person. I had to come back three times to finally talk to her.
After all the to and fro, she was only somewhat helpful. Provided me with some humanity and suggestions, but wouldn’t help me solve the actual problem. She said she didn’t have the authority. Ok, then what is the point of having a manager?

I am a little mad at Wells in general, but this little branch is a gem.
Small, super personal and rapid service! Just 3 – 4 folks in a little space, but I have never had to wait or felt pressured to get a service/​product/​account I did not want. Very nice woman in charge.
After hours, the inside ATM is accessible with your ATM card. After you go inside the ATM well the door locks behind you. I believe this and the bullet-​proof glass is added safety in a neighborhood that gets pretty desolate after work and at a branch location that once had a bad bank robbery.

I’ve had Wells Fargo for almost three years. Their customer service is great. Whenever I’m unhappy about something, they fix it.
Whenever I sign up for a new checking account or such service, I always ask whether there are any hidden, extra fees I should worry about in the future that are tacked on after a trial period. And that’s their opportunity to tell me everything. If they don’t say anything, I assume I don’t need to worry about anything.
As soon as I see strange charges, I go to their branch and complain in person. I’ve had all kinds of charges waived just by communicating their failure to disclose all the information.
I make the effort to complain. I can imagine that many people don’t complain even if they should. You’ll know how good a business functions by the manner in which they take care of complaints.
If something is wrong, COMPLAIN. It keeps everyone fair and on their toes. Otherwise, you give them the chance to make wrongful charges and get away with it!
