I used their service, if you call it service!
First of all, they were not flexible at all, they called me and given me a time and I could not change it at all,
3 Guys and a Lady came at my door, I had a U-​Haul hired but they came with their truck also (I never asked for it). Because they charge you by hour, they were so slow, one of them takes around half an hour to take one door out in order to take my kid’s crib out. they fill out the truck with only small stuff and left the bigger ones for next round, I made a calculation and told them to use their truck ($ 50 vs one or two hours of their work). they fill that full size truck with one dinning table, washer, a queen size bed and mattress a refrigerator and a couple of couches that is how they lay out the things (just to make it second round).
At the end of the day they charged me $ 270 dollars (for 3 workers and one watcher!), a broken Refrigerator and left half of my stuff behind, I had to go back and take them again!
They are not professional at all and I never use their service again.

Shawn and Earl did the job they were hired for. They were fast, pleasant, and at a great rate. I had an impossibly awkward couch to move out of a tiny doorway. They improvised and got the couch out by lowering it of my back deck with ropes.
I would absolutely hire them again for any small move.

Every move is different, challenging, unpredictable. We’ve had experience with two University Student Movers crews, and both did a fine job in a complicated, multi-​location move. We recommend them.

I moved from Emeryville to Kensington on short notice. I also had to stop and put a lot of stuff in storage. They were fast, friendly and professional.

The guys that moved me worked hard and moved fast — but in order to get their «workout in» they often carried stuff instead of using the dolly and were a bit rougher than I would have liked.
At the end of the day, they were tired and when they went to move my 18″ thick queen size mattress, they didn’t want to carry it up the very large generous stairwell but instead folded it like a taco into my tiny elevator. I should have said something, but hey, i was tired too and they assured me it would be fine — after all, they do this all the time.
Unfortunately it broke the springs in my mattress and over the next couple months it dipped lower and lower until there was a 5 inch difference between the edge of the mattress and the middle. I had to email repeatedly to try to get them to dispose of it and file an insurance claim, but after 4 months of this, they have stopped responding and I’ve yet to see anything convincing me they actually filed the claim.
I give them two stars only because they did dispose of the mattress for me for free — but this was after several emails where they suggested I pay them to take it away.
I’m still waiting for them to respond on the insurance claim…

I just found out that the pickup was their version of «settling» the claim (of course, they just now shared that with me). Terrible…

These guys are awesome! Can come on short notice, send a super professional synopsis via email after booking, and are pleasant, strong and competent. I wish I could give them more stars! Shawn runs a great team.

These guys are the best. Much cheaper than anyone else I contacted, and got the job done much faster than I anticipated. Also, they showed up on time to the minute which I appreciated.

I didn’t even use their services to give them any stars, but I wanted to copy and paste this email that this company sent to me when I told them I found a cheaper price. Really? Not very professional if you ask me…

I’m sure these guys are good, but as far as professionalism goes… not the way to go!

Shawn and Alex were awesome! They unloaded our truck and quickly moved all of our boxes and furniture to our second floor apartment. They even managed to maneuver our couch around a pretty tricky hallway and doorway.
They were polite, careful and still super speedy and the rates are extremely reasonable. If you are looking for a complete move or just help with loading and/​or unloading, don’t hesitate to call them. We will definitely use them again next time we move.
