I really appreciated Consuela’s customer service! She is extremely sweet and patient. She answered all my questions and explained in depth my new plan terms with my free upgrade. She has offered the best service of any sprint employee I’ve dealt with in the past. The manager there is also great. Thank you!!!

1 Sprint person to take care of half the store — the definition of a shitshow. This is some half-​assed, poorly thought out hybrid of 2 different stores — Radio Shack personnel can’t take care of the sprint side no matter how backed up it becomes.
Everything they sell has a 14 day return policy with a $ 40 (!) restocking fee in some cases — yet they make no mention of this at purchase. There’s a reason Amazon is destroying crap brick and mortar nonsense like this.
AT&T, Verizon, any are a better choice… Avoid this place.

I walked in the Sprint store to inquire about their promotion they offered to everyone and I was greeted by a man named Alex. He was nice and happy to help and since he was already helping someone he told me to take a seat and mentioned that the wait would be 5 – 10 minutes. I waited longer than 30 minutes but that’s fine since I wasn’t busy today. As all of the representatives were busy with other customers a woman was available came and offered me help. Her name was Consuela and she seemed very nice and happy to help. She answered all of my questions and I was satisfied with her service. I really love great customer service like I experienced today with Consuela. I hope I will run into more nice employees like her in the future!

Best service! This review is for Consuela, Payman, and Alex. I had a plan with Verizon where my bill was $ 82 a month and for only 1GB. Not only did they buy out my contract, but they gave me a new IPhone 6S with a case and glass protector all for only $ 61 a month.
Service was above and beyond. It’s posted that they close at 8pm but they’ve stayed over an hour past to help me switch to this great plan (without overtime pay).
I don’t think I’ve ever seen any one at Verizon or AT&T stay this late.
Verizon’s plan was too much for me and TMobile wasn’t worth it. AT&T doesn’t buy out contracts. But sprint guarantees to split your old bill in half. Deals & Service were best I’ve seen.

This store is striving to be the best Sprint store in the region. They are personal, resolve issues and actually do care. They might be a little under staffed at times when a lot of people are in the store but they get things done. I have had a lot of personal interaction with the manager and the employees since I’ve had a lot of phone issues and can personally say that you will be in good hands.

Terrible Customer Service.
Came around 7pm and felt very rushed to hurry up and leave by the manager. Won’t be visiting this location ever again.

Alex was the guy who helped us who was very knowledgeable and genuinely was looking out for our best interest. He analyzed my current plan to help me save money. This guy is the go to guy cause he really goes out his way to benefit you. If there is one thing I am very critical about with businesses, it would be their customer service. So I definitely appreciate his outstanding customer service.
These employees were welcoming, polite & knowledgeable here. The manager immediately acknowledged us as we walked in the door and even apologized for the wait. I gotta say, this sprint store is the best Mobile store I’ve ever been to and that’s because they stand out from the other stores by delivering excellent customer service.

After drunkingly dropping my iPhone in the ocean at a nude beach, I was further disappointed by the terrible service at the radio shack sprint on university. I went by this shattuck store expecting more of the same and was very pleasantly surprised. Not only did ALEX have some of the best customer service I’ve encountered but I left with a beautiful new phone at almost no cost. I highly recommend this location and especially Alex’s service. I called about a very «involved» tech issue with my father’s phone and Consuelo was super welcoming, helpful, and patient and said I could come in and show it to the house expert/​Wiz, Payman. I did come in and Payman — who had been there 11 hours without a lunch, took the time to investigate my issue and attempt several fixes, including a suggestion to update the operating system (turns out it is a hardware issue, requiring mail-​in repair). But I never would have known any of that if it weren’t for the combined helpful powers of these Two. (And I was not even an existing sprint customer at the time — my phone was just unlocked.) The other reviews (excepting «Mr. Lone Star») got it right… these guys are helpful cool and knowledgeable!

I would like to give this Sprint fix it center 10 stars but can’t because the highest is 5 stars. Mr. Paymon and Ms. Nalee offered their expertise and assistance with transferring my old data from my galaxy S3 onto my new Sprint Galaxy 6 Edge.
I walked into the store and Mr Payman greeted me with great interest and believe it or not helped me like he knew me as a friend not a customer. He allowed me to ask my questions and answered all of them and remembered things that I had forgotten about.
I have never had such excellent customer service before in my whole life. After transferring the day into the new phone he activated it and gave the same phone number. He even called Sprint to get me more of a discount on autopay. Nalee was just as sweet. I will never forget my experience at this store and will always return to this location for all my Sprint phone needs. My in store experience was hands down one of the best I have ever experienced

I have been with Sprint for more than 15 years and the customer service at this store is the best ever. I purchased both my iPhones from this store. I feel listened to, validated, and given the best service for my situation.

My wife and I have been with Sprint for over 14 years. I think the first Sprint phone I purchased was a StarTac, if anyone remembers those. I have gone through probably 20 phones and even more Sprint stores in those 14 years and let me tell you, this Sprint store is the best one I have ever been to.
1. It is in Downtown Berkeley, conveniently located a few blocks from my house.
2. The place was relatively empty and I was helped right away.
3. The salesman I dealt with (Payman, I think?) took the time to research my current plan, phone and what my needs are. He gave me several different options for plans and got me a great deal!
4. I walked out of this store paying LESS than I was before and was upgraded to a new iPhone 6 for both my wife and I.
Seriously, this place was great and I would recommend it to anyone.
