I recently purchased a Velux Solar-​powered skylight for my Master bath remodel. Everything about my experience was fantastic! Excellent product knowledge, great customer service and better pricing than the big-​box guys. They are truly EXPERTS!

I do not know about the products. The service is horrible. The place is a workshop my a shop or a showroom. When we located the owner, he told us that he has no time for us. Since he is at the business meeting. Just gave us his card to contact him later. Oh well

They have great stock and know their skylights. And they were cheaper than Home Depot.
The man who answers the phone is very knowledgable and helped me decide between models. When my wife called them back a young woman answered who was curt and unpleasant. Luckily she wasn’t there when I picked up the order.

I was in a bind and needed skylights ASAP. All the big box retailers (home cheap-​o, Loews etc) didn’t have them in stock. My roofer suggested I contact this company and they were fantastic.
Customer service was a 10/​10, prices are great and they are a locally owned company that takes pride in helping their customers out when they can. They offer a good selection were able to custom fabricate the skylights that I needed.
This experience makes me want to add more skylights!
Thanks for helping me out! Now all you need is a better website!
