I absolutely love this store and the customer service I receive. There are three reasons why I go to this store. 1) to purchase trendy kurta tops I can wear over jeans/leggings, accessories(scarfs, earrings, necklaces, chandelier earrings, BIB necklaces, trendy bangles and bracelets) I can wear these accessories with my American clothes. The accessories are lavish, beautiful and they have a huge assortment of colors. I can’t wear these accessories Mon — Fri 8−5pm, however they are excellent for going out, parties, date nights and weekends. I literally got tired of spending a ton of money at BeBe and Neiman Marcus on Indian inspired jewelry that is in fashion. Way more cost effective to go here and they have all the trendy styles that you can incorporate with cute jeans and stilettos or a simple black dress. I don’t like wearing the same earring my girlfriend got at some retail chain! Perfect place for accessories. 2) the second reason I go here is because a part of my family is Indian and once or twice a year I like wearing traditional Indian outfits. They have an amazing selection of colors, fabrics, textures, beads, and styles. They always have the trendy styles. 3) the third reason is for the fabric. They have a huge selection of saris that you can turn into duvet covers, pillows, skirts and tops. I kept seeing all these Indian inspired pillows at Pier 1 Imports however not all the colors matched my décor at home so I’ve purchased some saris has fabrics and had them made into pillow covers. I always have Pranesh help me at the store and he is awesome! They do have their prices marked up, because culturally Indian people like to bargain. I’ve never had to bargain with them because they give me the best prices. Amazing store ! All the national retail stores have Indian inspired jewelry, accessories and home décor items, I rather go here and spend half the price and get better quality and authentic items.

Great service, great prices, and great selection. You will walk out of the store with an outfit you love without feeling ripped off. I went to Sunnyvale area looking for an outfit for my engagement party and came back empty handed and disappointed by the horrible service. Walking into this place, I was asked what I was looking for and shown exactly that. They are not pushy to make a sale and their prices are very reasonable compared to other Indian clothing stores I’ve gone into. I walked out with an amazing anarkali that I loved for half my budget! The owner is really nice, talkative, and friendly with us. They’re prices and service was so professional and reasonable that I didn’t feel like I had to bargain(which I suck at) too much. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and reasonably priced suit or sari for any occasion. Very impressed, especially after going into so many crappy indian stores with crap service. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

I didn’t actually go in the store because when we parked in the designated parking lot for the stores listed on the parking lot sign the owner of the Sari Boutique came out and started screaming at me about parking in the lot despite the sign saying customers of Sari Boutique, Bombay Spice House and Roopram Sarees could park in the designated lot. My friend had gone into Sari Palace next door first and was going to Sari Boutique afterwards while I waited in the car with a sleeping baby in the back seat. The owner of the Sari Boutique came up to our car screaming at the top of his lungs. I asked him politely to lower his voice so he wouldn’t wake the sleeping baby in the back and he started screaming louder and threatening me and telling me I was trespassing on private property. My friend had driven and parked the car and had the keys so I couldn’t move the car even if I wanted to. I wasn’t sure what he was hoping to accomplish by screaming at me, but neither my friend or I patronized his store after how he had treated us for parking in the correctly designated parking lot for the store. My friend came back out to the car and even as we were moving the car and leaving the parking lot the man continued to scream at us and followed the car cursing at us and continued to walk down the sidewalk cursing and screaming as we left. The owner of Sari Boutique is mentally unbalanced, very angry and aggressive and I felt very threatened and feared for my personal safety. I will never shop in his store and I feel uncomfortable even going to the stores next to his shop now which is unfortunate as I had shopped in the stores before. Ironically my friend really needed to buy a shirt and she ended up buying two shirts at Roopram Saree after leaving the parking lot and parking in the street next to the store.

I needed a sari for a special occaision recently, and this was the second store I went to. The first store looked at me like I had mistakenly wandered in(I am not Indian) and were very unhelpful to say the least. The people at sSari Boutique were very nice, very helpful and did not make me feel like an interloper. The sari selection is extensive and well priced. I highly recommend them.

I’m not sure if this place is owned by Roopam Sarees or not(they’re right next to each other), but I kept noticing the same salespeople popping in and out of both stores… anyhow, this place has much better selection than Roopam for what I was looking for($ 100 — $ 200 lehengas). The customer service isn’t great. I had picked up a nice choli to try on when a saleswoman immediately came over and started measuring me for alterations, before even telling me the price. They just assume you’re going to buy their clothes. Another salesman gave me a discount, apparently without consulting the woman in charge. There was a raised discussion in Hindi, and then of course she walks over and starts yelling at me about expecting them to do alterations for free or something like that. On the same block there are several nice Indian clothing stores — Ramsons, Sari Palace, Roopam Sarees, and this one. I didn’t go to Ramsons, but Sari Palace definitely has better customer service and a little better selection.
