Nancy Sabin OTR/L

Nancy Sabin is an EXTRAORDINARY OT and beyond. She is really smart, professional, respectful, compassionate, and easy to talk to and work with. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and gentle. I first met Nancy over 10 years ago to prepare my body for pregnancy. I had tailbone issues and overall muscular imbalances in my body. I was amazed how much she accomplished in a few sessions. The work she did were not temporary feel-​good fixes but positive long-​term changes. I know her work played a key role in my ability to be structurally strong and balanced during my pregnancy. Recently, she has been assisting me with neck, lower back, and hip pain and imbalances. She cut through the symptoms and went right to the root cause. I always leave Nancy’s lovely studio feeling relaxed, balanced and in greater alignment. Thank you Nancy — it’s always a treat to work with you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nancy. She is a caring, committed therapist and an expert in multiple treatment methods. She helps me tremendously with chronic back, knee and ankle pain and with RSI issues in my arms. Since seeing her I have been able to increase the flexibility I lost in my lower legs after an ankle reconstruction and I’m actually able to safely walk stairs and inclines after years of feeling like I would fall at any moment.

I went to Nancy for treatment of DeQuervain’s Tenosynovitis. She has a gentle, knowledgable demeanor, her treatment room is very comfortable, and I felt at ease immediately. I needed Myofascial release, and was happy to discover that it not only helped eliminate the pain, but also loosened and opened up my whole upper body. I felt taller and so much more loose and relaxed. I felt so good that I booked another session. That experience helped me feel great as well, and my wrists feel much better. I plan to continue to work with Nancy, because I am confident that her work will foster a growing comfort in my body. She is a real gem!
