The instructors have a great way of inspiring one to keep going strong. The classes give me great workouts– They know how to target all the muscles safely and efficiently. Staff crew are knowledgeable and friendly. They are very respectful to the members. The gym is clean and the equipment is maintained and kept in good condition.

I hoped it was better, but she made my problems worse. The is a nice lady, but she doesn’t help talking about the root of the problem, then she tries to upsell you, saying that you need additional training, though you feel worse than what you felt when you walked into the session.

I worked with Megan as an Intern. Not only are her therapeutic skills exceptional, she is also compassionate, challenging, and wise. She provided me with guidance and support throughout our relationship. As I worked with clients, she helped me identify my strengths by listening, reflecting and challenging me. Megan was available to advise me during times of crisis and helped reassure me when I struggled. Megan always listened without judgment and was sensitive to my pace. Megan also has a strong connection to her community that comes across in her work.

FIRSTANDFOREMOST: I have worked with Megan in many capacities for 20-plus years. She has counseled me about my relationship, work, friendships, family, and of course, my ever-spinning self image. THATSAID: I write not as Megan’s client but as an admirer. A fan. If she could run for therapist of the year, I’d vote for her. If there was a Sage-Counsel-of-the-Decade pageant, she’d be a shoo-in. If she sold posters, I’d have one up on my office wall. THATGOODVOICEINMYHEAD: Is hers. WHY I AMWHERE I AM: Is largely because she helped me get here. BETTERSTILL: Why I feel good about it. A QUICKSTORY: We were at the same party, and I watched her in conversation with a complete stranger. It started over hors d’oeuvres. Not long after I saw them chatting in a corner. Not long after that I saw them sitting off to the side, the stranger wiping away tears. Much later in the evening, I was chatting with that stranger, who told me, candidly and unawares, that s/he «didn’t know why,» but just felt so great and this was the most fun party ever … I KNEWWHY: Spend an hour with Megan and you will, too.
