Avoid at all costs. If you see them as distributors for a fixture you have selected, choose another fixture. They don’t understand the sense of urgency, they don’t answer their phones or call back, they can’t communicate any order updates and I ended up calling the manufacturer directly to update the order status. This applies whether you are a retailer or a consumer working through a retailer. You feel completely powerless and you won’t get an apology if they screw up your order.
