Sent my son here from BHS wonderful service for his senior prom. The flowers were nice and beautiful and not wilted as I’ve been to other floral place and haven’t been
soo pleased I’m going again! My son has been invited to someone else’s prom.

These guys did a great job for me. The bouquet I sent was very meaningful to me — thank you, Lee’s! I live out of state and ordered online fairly late the night before I wanted the bouquet delivered. I selected a premium bouquet and added a note stating the reason this delivery was so important to me. I called the next day to make sure my order was in process and the gentleman who answered the phone was exceedingly friendly and professional — they had definitely received my order and were in the process of putting it together. My person was not home at the time of delivery but I had specified in the notes that it was ok to leave the bouquet at the door. I received an email notification when the bouquet was delivered and, a few hours later when my guy made his way home, he sent a gorgeous picture of the lovely bouquet Lee’s created for him. I really can’t thank Lee’s enough, you made a hard day very special. I’m very grateful and will absolutely use Lee’s in the future!

This business not only delivered my order to the wrong address, but I found out about it by calling on my own. They didn’t even know they had made a mistake. When they re delivered they promised me a small refund. That was a week ago and still no refund. When I called to ask about that, they were defensive and rude. NEVER shop there.

Ordered flowers online to be delivered to my friends house as a surprise. Her first big art show. I live in Ohio — she in CA. Flowers never went and I was not contacted. Asked my friend if she got them the day after. Nothing. I called the florists they didn’t deliver them on account that they didn’t want to leave them without her. Understandable. They didn’t leave a note. Claimed they called and left v-​mails. My bestie said she got nothing. Both played phone tag multiple times and the florists was unwilling to deliver flowers to her school. Short end nearly a month later flowers NEVER got delivered. She told them to give me my refund. I called about it. Owner was super rude from the moment I called to ask about it. Not once did I cock an attitude or attempt to get angry. He was full of both. I asked for my refund. DO NOT order online from them. Found that orders go through a 3^rd party vendor and the refund has to be taken with them. THAT company bloom flowers was great to work with and got my money fast. Hopefully you have a better experience if you decide to purchase from them. Do it in stores tho! l

I ordered the Blue Dream from Lee’s Florist for my mom’s birthday since I couldn’t be there in person for her. While it came on time, when my mom sent me the picture, I had to say I was pretty disappointed. It honestly, to me, looks like someone picked a lot of wildflowers and weeds by the creek and put them in a vase. My mom informed me that there were bulbs that weren’t blooming yet and so there’s the possibility that it might one day look like the picture but isn’t the point of sending someone flowers to have it look super nice on arrival? I’ve attached pictures for your own comparison. For a total of $ 56 I have to say it was a disappointment.

I ordered flowers for a work event for delivery in the Berkeley Hills today. Due to a last-​minute change in the agenda, I had to request a same-​day earlier delivery time. Lee’s Florist were so accommodating, rearranging their driver’s already set delivery schedule to help us out. Great customer service! I will definitely use Lee’s again.

I was planning a small wedding from my home in Newport Beach. The ceremony was going to be on campus at UC Berkeley, so I called a couple of local florists, one of which was Lee’s. I spoke with the owner, Wilton Lee, a few times before the event, then met with his designer, Sue, a few days before. The flowers exceeded my expectations! They did such a fantastic job on everything and delivered them to the Claremont as promised. Very reasonably priced as well. You won’t go wrong with Lee’s. I would definitely use them again!!!

This place took care of me when I procrastinated on getting my lady Anniversary flowers. They had the bouquet at her workplace in about an hour. She loves them and her coworkers are jealous.

I really wanted to like this place since it’s in my neighborhood. I’ve gone in several times to buy flowers for my girlfriend, and have had a mediocre experience each time. They don’t have any pre-​arranged bouquets, which can be really nice if it’s done well. So instead the florist and I end up pick out the flowers as we go along. The results have been fine, but not particularly artful, and the experience itself has been meh. After being treated a bit brusquely by the owner (not for the first time), I finally decided to try Ana’s Flowers. They were extremely welcoming, had beautiful readymade bouquets, and the flowers were freshly cut that morning. It was an all around much better experience. I will definitely be going to them instead from now on…

I needed a lei last minute for a birthday because the place that I usually get it from didn’t have anymore. I forgot who I spoke with but he was very easy to talk to and was very helpful. Although they didn’t have much either at the time, I ended up with a beautiful Orchid Lei that my girlfriend wore on her birthday. She loved it so thank you Lee’s Florist.

I called in an order of tulips and Lee was so accommodating. He told me he would go to market the next day, so I knew the flowers would be fresh. They created a simple bouquet that was perfect for the occasion. Also, I was late to pick up and Lee stayed open an extra thirty minutes on a Saturday. The flowers were very affordable and the customer service was excellent.

Nina was our wedding florist and she was great! From our first meeting she was so helpful and it was clear that she is very excited about her work. She was extremely accommodating to what we wanted and gave a number of great suggestions to enhance what we had in mind. She was willing to change her schedule around so we could have several meetings prior to the wedding. She was also able to throw in a number of back-​ups and spares. This spoke volumes about just how much she plans ahead and goes out of the way to make sure everything goes smoothly.
The wedding Bouquet was one of the highlights of wedding, it was that beautiful! My wife kept gushing about how much she loved it. The centerpieces and other pieces we ordered were also exactly as we envisioned.

Arlene and her staff decorated my wedding at Holbrook Palmer park back in 2008. They transformed the park into a beautiful fairy land, filled with flowers and candle. Everyone at the shop was responsive and very easy to work with. I wasn’t sure how I want the flower arrangement to be done, and Arlene gave me many wonderful ideas. She went to tour the place with me and added more beautiful touches to the place. My family and my guests were impressed with the flower decoration and bouquet. Everytime I look at my wedding photo, I see beautiful flowers everywhere. Thank you Arlene and her crews for making my wedding beautiful!
Since my wedding, our family have been calling Arlene for several special occasions, and we always have great experiences. We are planing our red egg and ginger party soon and will be calling them again!
I highly recommend this florist for everyone. Be sure to ask for Arlene (or Nina). She is the best!

Nina is awesome. Super friendly and she definitely knows how to make a beautiful bouquet. It doesn’t look like much on the outside (and to be honest inside), but they make some seriously beautiful arrangements. My girlfriend loves carnations and they had some really pretty ones that Nina used for the bouquet. The tulips were really nice too.
I will definitely be coming here for anniversaries, birthdays, and other events in the future.

Great florist. I live in Los Angeles and my gf goes to berkeley and they were able to help me a great deal. Whats more is that i called a day before and they were very kind to do the best for me they could.
Bought a box of chocolates and a single rose. Gf sent me pics and the presentation was beautiful. Great place

she has great attention to detail and LISTENS.
my husband is a chemist/​scientist and we wanted to add a bit of our personalities in our wedding, so we ordered e. flask and graduated cylinders for nina to use for our table centers. they came out better than expected. she also incorporated peacock feathers in all of our arrangements. she also went beyond and decorated our cake. it went from cute to picture perfect.
i’ve recommended nina to so many of my friends. i LOVE HER and you’ll love her too!!!

My family has been going to Lee’s Florist for YEARS… Naturally, when it came time to plan my wedding, Wilton and his team were the obvious choice.
As per usual, the flowers were PERFECT.
In working with Wilton before the wedding, I knew that I wanted white flowers with accents of green to match the bridesmaids dresses. I know nothing about flowers so it was extremely helpful when Wilton was able to take my vague idea (white with green…) and turn it into something beautiful.
The bouquet was still gorgeous a week later — if only I had thought to hang it upside down after the wedding to dry it out and keep it for a keepsake.
