Peter helped my wife and I set up a family trust this last winter. We met him at his office in downtown Oakland for the initial planning and set-​up. (Tip: We were able to go to the farmers market around the corner after the meeting.) He was efficient and answered all our questions. He spent extra time making sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Some decisions involved things we had not discussed as a family. He presented us with the many options and followed up over multiple emails to get the details in place. He was able to handle the property deed transfers and gave us easy directions for the set-​up of our bank accounts. He delivered the final drafts to us in digital and paper formats. Overall the process was smooth and we knew it was being handled professionally. Its a great feeling to have this in place for our family.
