Foundations First

The french drains were filled up with dirt. The pour was unprofessional. Paul was too cheap to get a pump truck so it was done in two parts, leaving seams. The finish was super rough, I could have done a better job. He kept saying,“The Love Is There” which highly annoyed me. Would hear him on phone lying to clients and making excuses. He is always pissing people off. Paul Thompson blames his workers for carrying out his directions. I am still finding mistakes and unfinished work.

My project involved excavating 18″ below grade and replacing 45′ of foundation; installing a 30′ french drainage system; AND doing a complete earthquake retrofit, which included bolting the foundation, strapping and bolting the support members, and shear walling 8′ in each direction at all four corners of the home.
Paul also had the project engineered and pulled and paid for the necessary permits. The work was painstaking but the results are impeccable. And they did it all for $ 13,500!
