To be a honest tenant, this property management and the apartment I rent on 2163 Virginia ST are the worst choices that I made during my educational journey. First, the property neglects tenants’ requests about the property maintenance. For example, my room’s cannot be locked since the very first day I moved in. After 7 times fixing requests, there still no one comes to fix the door. Now I’m ready to move out and leave the door unfixed. Second, I never have a decent sleep since I move to the apartment on 2163 Virginia ST. The reason is the person who lives upstairs can’t stop moaning at night and dancing with extremely loud Indian music during daytime. I have warned him many times but he keeps making excuses. During night times, he will play movies with heavy bass sounds that vibrates my room, and I can hear every single detail of the movie just like watching together with him. When he sleeps, he snores and moans. The moaning sounds like orgasm and snoring sounds like what you hear in a slaughtering house. Finally, I am glad that I can finally move out of this place.
