Domino’s Pizza

Unfortunately I have to give one star, I wish I could give 0 stars. I showed up here at 10:15 pm, after checking the hours and it said they were open until midnight. I tried opening the door and it was locked. Three people were standing in there and looked at me trying to open the door and then just went to the back room. I tried to knock to ask if it was delivery or pick up only but they all continued to ignore me while I was knocking. Like wtf? I wouldn’t have minded if they told me it was delivery only but they continued to ignore me while I kept knocking and calling the store phone. And I usually would never leave a bad review because I work in food service/​customer service and I know how hard it can be but I would NEVER leave a customer outside in the cold and ignore them. Will never return to this place.

I gave up on Dominos a long time ago. But last night Lanesplitter, Hot Italian, and Pizzaolio were closed. I gave the new (to me) thin and crispy crust a try. Ingrediants better than I remembered Dominos being. Crust was pretty good (better after I blasted in 500 degree oven for 3 – 4 minutes) and delivery was very quick. When pizzas can run $ 30 in at some of the fancy places, I loved this great value pizza. It was good, fast, and reasonably price. What’s not to like?

i can’t believe this shit… my son and i order. it tells us it’s on its way and no delivery… i posted the photo… this is theft dominos!!! you took my money and i didn’t get to eat!
like really? how the hell do you post it’s on its way at 1147 and you close at midnight? i get two missed calls and when i call back some guy answers and tell me sorry wrong number… um…why did you call me twice of it was the wrong fucking number!!!
dude you guys were cool, i always ordered and always got my food. i can understand now chili flakes. or oops in didn’t bring the two maranara… we will comp you next time… but dudes really!!! this sucks… my son and i just got back from virginia and first thing we thought of was pizza… now we are hungry and i just spent over 27 bucks on air… no call no show…

We were super excited when this location opened, because we used to go to the Solano Ave location all the time, but this new one’s not nearly as good. Seemed great when they first opened, but service quickly went downhill. They get orders wrong, skimp on toppings and crust seasoning, and sometimes even fail to deliver orders altogether. The delivery guys are always great but in-​store staff are frequently rude, disorganized or unhelpful.
Plus — this is for all locations — Domino’s changed their online ordering system. Now they can charge you extras without listing what the charges are for AND they have a new minimum price for delivery so we can’t even get two medium pizzas delivered.
Been ordering from Domino’s for years but with the reduction in convenience and quality, what’s the point in going to them any more?
UPDATE: Ordered from them twice more since writing my review because dang it’s soooooo easy and I’m soooooo lazy. The first time there was pineapple in our burnt cheesy bread (??? we didn’t even have pineapple topping on our pizza order), this time one of our pizzas only had cheese on two of the slices. The rest was just bare pizza dough. Really???

First off we all know their pizza is not good because their tomato sauce is horrible, but the least they can do is be on time… I live 4 blocks away from this location and it took over 30 minutes to deliver after they left the store, this has happened more than once and when you track online it’s not accurate at all. They e had only one driver for some months now and if that’s the case at least DELIVER TO THE CLOSEST HOUSE FIRST!

Before this location recently opened up we had to drive to the Berkeley location on University to pick up our pizza. There’s never street parking and it’s total chaos over there so it was becoming quite intolerable.
But now that this location has opened up we have ordered delivery multiple times and it’s always delivered hot and fresh and fast!!! Couldn’t be more pleased!!!

Ordered 2 chicken habernero sandwiches, a cinnastix, and cheesy bread, They forgot habernero sauce on the sandwiches and burnt the cinnastix. Sent out another 2 sandwiches and another cinnastix and it was burnt again. Also it was like they sarcastically drenched the sandwiches with sauce. Will never order from this particular Domino’s again. They aren’t trained properly. The cinnastix were way under stretched. It was tiny and burnt. C’mon guys get your shit together !

It’s the nicest and cleanest Domino’s I have ever visited.
I have only ever ordered online and picked up at the store. However, the service has always been prompt and courteous.
I do not understand the negative reviews.
If you order online you always get better deals. (My favorite promo is any 3 topping large for $ 8. Plus they don’t charge extra for half and half!)

This is a very good dominos. I have only ordered carry out so I can not speak about the delivery service, but the staff is nice and works fast. After ordering online it usually only takes 15 – 20 min until the pizza is ready. When in the store to pick up the order, the staff is ready to serve quickly, and I’m in and out in less than a minute. Their service is the best you will get for a pizza place, and as long as you are expecting dominos quality pizza you will not be disappointed.

I don’t know why other people are complaining but I order from this Dominos a lot for carry out, and they make my pizza quickly and it tastes great! They do a good job.

Most beautiful domino’s store I’ve seen! It has a huge restaurant style seating area. My friends and I like to come here to watch the Warriors game on their giant flat screen and eat pizza.
If you’re going pizza, you’ve gotta get the pan crust. Best crust out there!
If you’re doing wings, then I’d go original well done. It’s extra crispy.
And for dessert, the lava cakes are scary good.

Received a mailer, decided to try it. Hadn’t patronized them in a long time, not really a Domino’s fan. They moved from across the street. Ordered online for delivery, order was guaranteed to arrive in 35 minutes. It took 55. Pizza wasn’t good. Even my teenager said it wasn’t good and only forced down one slice. The dog seemed to enjoy it though.

Shady as hell. My credit card was overcharged on my delivery order. Looks like your delivery guy decided to change my tip amount?
Well I noticed.

This Domino’s location finally opened after they closed their shop across the street.
The location itself is spacious, you can dine in if you like. They have what appeared to be a huge chalk board inside for kids (or adults) to draw on.
They got my order carry out, which I had ordered it from the dominos app, correct and made on time.
4 stars at this time as I can’t comment on delivery.
