Damir Mitrovic, DDS

I had an appointment for 10AM this morning, and as I was trying to find the location I called them for assistance to find their office. I explained that I was trying to find the entrance and the woman who answered responded «we don’t have any appointments scheduled.» I said that actually, yes, I was scheduled for today at 10AM. Because I was.
She THEN explained that their computers are down, and that she called «most» people with appointments to let them know that appointments were cancelled. She was unapologetic, her tone was condescending, and she did not seem eager to make amends for the mistake.
Had she been kinder, and willing to take responsibility for the mistake (instead of initially making it seem that I had made the error in the time and date of the appointment!!!), I would be understanding and willing to reschedule and give their services another try. Now, not so much.
I sacrificed work time, drove to the appointment and paid for parking, only to be disrespected by someone who is supposed to be competent at customer service and representing the services of Damir Mitrovic. After reading the last review, I suppose I should thank her for helping me to avoid this experience.
I will be sure to not recommend his services to people in the future.

I don’t have dental insurance (thanks Medi-​Cal!) so I use Groupons to get cleanings. But I think I finally found a dentist worth paying ca$h for.
Dr. Mitrovic and his staff were friendly and efficient. They gave me some options for a troublesome tooth but didn’t try to pressure me into spending money.
I’m happy to recommend them.

I came to Dr. Mitrovic though the Groupon deal, however I am very disappointed in the service I received. First of, I was there for 1.5 hr for a 30min service. I only got a X-​Ray, Exam, and polish for my teeth. The Groupon stated «Package Includes Exam, Cleaning, and X-​rays». Where was my cleaning?! I was told that I need to pay more for the cleaning and that the Groupon was just for a simple polish, not to mention all the other services they solicited to me.
I do want to recognize that Dr. Mitrovic is a polite man, but I was clearly not satisfied with the service and I felt like I was being milked for my money once I stepped through the door. I also want to mention that all the earlier reviews which reflected a lower ratings are all deleted! I wonder why?

What a surprise find this was!
Your teeth get cleaned by Dr. Mitrovic himself — not by a dental hygienist. This had to be the most gentle, careful teeth cleaning I’ve ever experienced. Then, he went out of his way to answer all of my questions and educate me. He never acted brusque or in a hurry, like most dentists.
His assistant, Yuri was very nice, too.
I was just trying out Dr. Mitrovic because I had a Groupon. (I haven’t been loyal to any one dentist — just going to whomever had a deal.) I am just going to stick with him now.
He says he accepts any PPO insurance.
