Avis provided us with quick, efficient and friendly service. We received a free upgrade because the type of car we reserved was not readily available. The shiny red Mustang that we ended up driving was both tidy and pleasant to drive. Cost wise, we were really pleased and feel that we got our money’s worth.

The policy is that you can only schedule for them to pick you up 24-​hours in advance. The lady who spoke to me (Monique) sounded unfriendly and unapologetic, and after a «Is there anything else I can help you with?» (after failing to help of course), she hung up abruptly. I was so appalled at her rudeness!
I have rented multiple times from different Avis locations and this is the first bad experience. Not impressed by their customer service, at least when I called at this number.
