We’ve been trying for over 1 entire year to get Arc Source to complete the job they’re doing for us. After not hearing from them for several months we would e-​mail Dave, (the CEO!) and he would say «sorry, it fell off my plate, let me get back on that», so we’d wait another few months. no news. so we e-​mail back, leave messages, but no response! After the now 3rd attempt to get in contact with the business in the last 6 months with no call backs or even a general status on our project, they’ve earned a 1 star review.

they’re really nice, they know what they’re doing, and they genuinely seem interested in your computing help. they are also incredibly patient and will fully listen to what you have to say.
we used to have a computer guy that was doing the job in his spare time. couldn’t get him to return a phone call during business hours! it’s way more fun and effective to deal with professionals, especially ones that know the needs of architectural professionals.
