Adrian Diaz – Better Homes and Gardens

First time home buyer here and I found Adrian here on Zillow. I did not go the traditional route of going with a «family friend» or the «I know somebody». Maybe I lucked out because Adrian has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We met for the first time and he took down notes on my needs and expectations, then we just went from there. I didn’t understand most of the terminology that goes along with the home buying process, but he broke it down to me «crayon style». He gave me access to a paid membership MLS listing site and I can’t say how much it helped me because I work weird hours and I wouldn’t have been able to just leave my job and look at listings.
Since I am always busy, Adrian and I relied heavily on text messages which is very helpful to my situation, but he’s always there a phone call away if I needed him. He gave me several local lenders that he worked with and knows would get the job done, so I went with that.
The listings were all in Oakland and Adrian being an Oakland native really helped the process. If you are a busy person like myself, Adrian is your go to guy. He’s up to date with technology and every document was signed electronically, which is a plus. I felt like I was his only client because he’s always so fast to respond to everything, so give Adrian a chance to represent you and he’ll make you feel like you’re the only person he’s working for at the moment. What do you have to lose? You’ll be shopping around for agents anyways, why not put Adrian in your list. I definitely will work with Adrian in the future.

One and done. Adrian was exactly the kind of realtor I was looking for to help me navigate my Oakland home purchase. He was super knowledgeable about the city and turned me on to a great neighborhood that I would never have considered. He pretty much found the house I was describing when I laid out my list of home must-​haves. It was our first offer and with his guidance we ended up closing the deal quickly and fairly painlessly.
I met Adrian after attending an open house and his honesty and earnestness was what drew me to choose him as our buyer’s agent. I’m super glad I did!
