This, newly renovated McDonald’s as of June/July 2015 is very clean and a severe upgrade from what it used to be. The staff was nice despite it being late at night and restrooms and dining area were very clean. Food was as good as you could expect for a McDonald’s, fries were hot and sandwiches were neatly put together(which is better than most McDonald’s)

Our yearly holiday drive through the Blue Ridge Mountains usually includes a pitstop at this McD’s. If it wasn’t for this simple fact — the sheer convenience of the location — they should raze this building. Simply awful. Dirty facilities, apathetic staff, bad fast food. Sure, it’s 24-hour drive thru, which is the only remotely redeeming quality when you’re driving through the mountains. Even considering that, this McD’s sets a new low even by McD’s standards. Oh, and worst milkshake I’ve had in my life.

I normally do not expect much of a McDonald’s but seriously I think this is the worst one. I drive by Berkeley Springs all the time and end up eating here well because it’s the only place to eat. Start hiring people above 18 and make then not talk to their friends when taking my order. Atleast the food was ok. The bathroom is always horrendous. Seriously the WORST McDonalds.
