Vicki Popp Salon

My mother made an appt, first time Last Friday, August 28^th. She is a Senior citizen with very thinning hair, but her «regular» salon, which was closed for vacation, does her hair beautifully.
I should have gone with her, to make sure the beautician understood what my mom wanted. Mom is in her 80’s, and gets her hair done 1x/​week. She is not one for an old lady fuddy-​duddy «do»…but she needs it to stay nice and tight for days. She asked the beautician to give her a nice, current blow out, but to mousse and spray it up to hold. She came out of this shop with her hair looking like she got electrocuted.
They then had the nerve to charge her full price, even after she expressed her dismay. Unfortunately — I wasn’t there and my dad who waited in the car, had no idea she was so upset.
I say SHAME ON YOU AT VICKI POPP salon for dismissing an older woman who just wanted a nice style like that. Who do you think you are? If I had been there you would have gotten an earful. And then you didn’t listen to her when she asked you to fix it.
Why? Because she is old? Does old people money not spend as well??? And Vicki, apparently the owner, was present, but did not come forward to ask mom about her satisfaction… or lack of… again, Shame on you. $ 35 plus tip for a wash and blow out is worth a little attention, dont you think?

My appointments at Vicki Popp Salon are awesome from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Everyone is so friendly! I am always offered coffee or water. The salon is beautifully decorated. Vicki is my stylist. Every 10 weeks I get full highlights, glaze and a haircut. My highlights could probably last even longer! Vicki uses great products that really last a long time. Not to mention she does 100 foils super close to the roots! Even though my hair is past my shoulders and very blonde it does not look or feel damaged. She always recommends great products for me to use at home but never in a pushy way that I feel obligated to buy them. Although I only see Vicki, 2 of my friends go to Gina. My one friend grew her hair for locks of love and Gina cut it for the donation. Her new haircut was beautiful! My other friend gets color and haircuts by Gina and she always looks great too! I highly recommend going to Vicki Popp Salon if having beautiful hair is important to you.

Vicki Popp Salon offers excellent color and styling services. The salon is easy to find, offers plenty of parking. It is beautiful and clean inside. My stylist is professional, on time, experienced and very skilled. I get many compliments on my thick brown hair. It’s a pleasure to go to Vicki Popp Salon and I recommend them often to my friends.

I have very thick hair and Vicki Popp is amazing with my color, haircuts, and blowouts. It’s hard to find a salon that actually does an awesome job from all aspects and has such an accomodating staff. I have two kids so it’s hard to carve out time to get my hair done, but the staff here is great and they even had two people blow dry my hair to expedite the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing salon experience, in addition to stylist who excellent with all hair types.

Great salon, a little pricey but worth it. The salon itself is very nice, well decorated, very clean and everyone is super friendly and helpful. I went from a red/​brownish to an ombré which was a little difficult because the ends of my hair had to be stripped due to color build up. Alex did a wonderful job and took her time getting it right. I would definitely recommend them!
