RDC Restoration

Ive know Russel (owner of RDC Restoration) for a couple years now. I am also in the industry of correcting water intrusion in homes, commercial buildings, and performing mold cleanup and treatment. My territory is mainly South Jersey and Central Jersey. I have (on many occasions) received calls on an emergency basis (my company does not do emergency work) and have pushed these homeowners to RDC. I have also received many calls in NJ that are outside my territory and forward them to Russel. I have the utmost respect for Russel and his uncanny ability to deal with a significant problem and resolve it smoothly and in a timely manner for his clients. I knew that he would be the perfect person to work with in this regard. I also have an impeccable reputation and wanted to make sure that the homeowners that I was referring to Russel would be taken care of with the utmost professionalism from initial phone call to completion of the project. Russel has continued to meet this level of excellence the years Ive known him. He continues with ongoing education in the field (I do myself) and we have had bounced many ideas off each other in hopes of bettering ourselves. I can not commend Russel more for what hes done in this industry and what he continues to provide his clients… which is integrity, honesty, and «peace of mind.»

RDC saved our home. Russ arrived in 40 minutes after I called him about a flood in our laundry room. His team quickly went to work and made sure they stopped the water from spreading. 2 days later, we were back in business, all repairs were done and they made sure all water was dried up.

We had a sewage back up from the street and RDC came out quickly to assess the damage and started the cleanup the next day at a reasonable price. They were on time (actually early which was great) and assisted us in the very difficult task of emptying our entire basement, sanitizing and left their equipment to dry out the water. We had some additional water the next day and they came to check within a few hours. They are quick to respond and very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. They were great.

Absolutely LOVE RDC! Russel, the owner, is extremely knowledgable in the water mitigation process. He walked us through our dry down when our water heater burst even though it was 9 pm on a Saturday night. Best part was he even coordinated the reconstruction and billed our insurance company so we only had to pay the deductible. I will use RDC For all our future water damage needs.
