This is a really great studio and Tiffany is super sweet and a great teacher. The studio is small(4 poles), but it allows you to really get specific instruction and a lot of practice. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The classes are broken up in to levels, which is helpful to making me not feel intimidated by some of the other students that are absolutely insanely amazing. The studio also organizes a showcase that’s held at a Cleveland gallery and seems like a great goal to be able to look forward to. I live on the east side of town, so the drive it a bit far, but it’s definitely worth it! My only«complaint» is that I wish the classes were longer! They seem to fly by. This is a great place for anyone looking to learn pole in a friendly and encouraging environment!

Please do not take Madeline’s review to heart. I believe Expressions is a fairly new business so it’s understandable that some kinks might need to be ironed out, however, as far as «reputable» goes, Tiffany’s knowledge, experience and professionalism are top notch and her personality is very warm and friendly. Let me give you the lowdown… I live in Mentor, almost 1 hour from Expressions Fitness but I saw a livingsocial deal for $ 10 for an Introductory lesson and jumped on it. I’ve always wanted to try it out and I’m glad I did. I believe this form of fitness will not only make you stronger physically but also mentally. I reviewed the site before I made an appointment and it came across very organized and clear to me. If you can read and follow directions then you won’t have a problem. If you do have a problem then call or email the studio with your question/s. I had an issue with scheduling so I contacted them through email and I received a response very quickly from Tiffany, the owner. She was friendly and helpful. When I was getting ready to go to the class is when I realized it was so far away so I jumped in my car and started off and luckily I had programmed the studio’s number as well as Tiffany’s number into my phone in case I got lost.(Those numbers are provided on the website.) I called the studio and told Tiffany that I was going to be about 10 minutes late and asked if I should reschedule. She was so nice and said that I had planned on doing this today and that sometimes people can’t find the place so I’d be fine. I thought that was really cool. I did find it, it’s a tiny kind of entrance squished between two businesses with parking right in front, there was a nice sign on the ground to distinguish that was where it was. I wonder if it would be easier to find if the sign could be positioned higher since I was looking up and around and not down? Anyways, not a big deal ATALL. If you have a problem, like I said, call them! Very friendly. The studio is intimate and cozy with a very warm feel. I guess some people might prefer a more hard wood floor/sterilized feel but I’m not one of them. I thought it was perfect. Tiffany had already started(because I was 10 min late) and I’m glad, I’d hate to be the one everyone was waiting on. She was super cool about it and said hi and I joined right in. The class was AWESOME! I couldn’t imagine a more perfect person to teach pole fitness, especially to newcomers. She was SO friendly, inviting, warm, and supportive that I had a smile on my face the entire time. The girls were all nervous but I think by the end they were really enjoying it. We only did a little pole work towards the end which I felt is appropriate for an intro class. And for anyone with body issues, she has a knack for making people feel comfortable and there is ZERO judgement. If you do have body issues then I would recommend this even more so as I believe it can really make a woman feel strong and sexy and more confident. I posted a photo of myself that one of the other girls took for me to show you what you can do after just one lesson. I must say, it felt great and SO fun! Telling yourself that you CAN do it makes it a lot easier then thinking you can’t. I HIGHLY recommend this studio and you won’t regret it. One other note, I vowed never to do groupon or livingsocial again because the majority of my experiences with businesses have been negative but I took a chance on this one and very glad I did. I believe this studio is worth the long drive, however, I’m also a full time mom, full time student and work 2 part time jobs. I don’t have enough time to do things I need to get done so I can’t commit to this studio. I will cross my fingers that she can open one up in my area in the future. Whether that happens or not, I foresee Tiffany becoming very successful with her business and wish her all the luck! Thank you again for such a great time! I’m planning on attending the recitals in the future if I can! :)

The instructor seems like a lovely lady, however, the classes seem a bit disorganized. Also, the prices and payment structure are not clear. Perhaps a more reputable fitness place would be a better option.
