Stefano’s II Brick Oven Pizzeria

This place has the best buffalo chicken cheesesteak in the United States. I get one almost weekly. Their pizza is also great. Appetizers are cheap and good, especially the poppers and stefano fries. The staff is friendly, and the owner is an enjoyable character. Definitely stop by if you get the chance.

Pizza is gross. People working there are rude. New to the neighborhood we tried this place. We were just moving in and explained this. They charged us for utensils. You would think they would welcomed us so they would have new customers. We go to old friends who are Much nicer.

I asked for a couple of slices. They were old. It is a Friday night. It was as they were made two days a head of time. Service was either order or get the hell out. Was there with wife and two kids I felt rushed and unappreciated. They were not even that busy. Overall a below average experience.

Ive been there twice and loved it both times. I had a buffalo chicken cheese steak that was delicious (I would have liked some more hot sauce but that’s an easy fix) the pizza was really good but just as good as the next place. I also had a small Stromboli with pepperoni that was really good and they put this garlic spread on it!

It’s hard to find a place that makes good pizza! Wish I lived closer to this place! The cheese steaks are on point too! The customer service was great as well!

Food here is fair at best. Owner claims they do not have specials «like everywhere else» because their ingredients are fresh… Um okay.
Charged me for a medium Pie when I ordered a small because «we don’t carry a small»…Well sir I’d say that is on you to let me know. The receipt even said MEDIUM pie. Owner was a jerk, and puffed his chest out in letting me know how many years they’ve been in business, how much money he makes, what kind of house he lives in etc… without any prompting.
Would never eat at this DIVE pizza shop again.

Food was mediocre at best, I ordered a cheese steak and their signature cheese fries. The owner was literally yelling at his employees in front of customers. I was charged for a glass of tap water and when I mentioned that I had never been charged for tap water before the owner said «I’m in the business to make money not friends»
Needless to say I will not be back and do not recommend going here

I go in here a few times a month with friends, the food I give 4 stars, the rolls and sandwiches (hot & cold) I give 5 stars. The owner & attitude in this place keeps it from being great which is why I didn’t give it 4 or 5.
Every time I’m in there the owner is either bad mouthing someone or just flat out rude to customers.
I’ve asked relatively general questions, like a menu question or something pertaining to my order & I get nothing but rude answers or 1 word answers.
I got back because the food is good, not as much as I would if the owner wasn’t a stuck up A–

We moved in down the street and fell in love with this place! Seriously, the rolls are made in house and part of what make their cheesesteaks and hoagies the best in the area. We’ve had them cater several of our events and everyone raves about it. The owner is super friendly and accommodating– even when I’ve called in a large order last minute!

I’ve noticed recently that the owner has been friendlier and more focused on customer service — this makes me a very happy Stefano’s customer. I’m glad to see something has turned it around!

I don’t know what some people are talking about! This place is delicious. Not only is the pizza delicious, but one of my personal all time favorites is the buffalo chicken cheesesteak. The pasta’s are delicious and so are the sandwiches and wraps. I honestly have never had a bad experience here. The place is medium sized and clean. The owner and his employees are nice people as well. The quantity of the meals are pretty big too. For example, two people can share a pasta meal. Also personally, I can eat a lot for the general human being so I tend to finish the buffalo cheesesteak or the wraps but a lot of my friends who eat less usually take things to go. And their left overs aren’t bad either, they usually like them the next day. I have never gotten take out from here that isn’t pizza. The pizza itself tends to be a little bit on the pricey side but everything else is reasonable. I hear mixed things about this place a lot, but for me it’s a personal favorite in Bensalem. Everything about it is delicious! I would recommend it to anyone. Something I don’t know is that I don’t know how the vegetarian stuff is here, except for the wrap and I wasn’t a big fan of that. However, for the poultry or red meat lovers, it’s completely delicious and mouth-​watering. It will leave you wanting more.

These people are bad news. Stay away from this establishment. Their customer service is atrocious coupled with bad attitude.

Horrible experiences… We (sadly) have been 3 – 4 times as it was close to my place of business, so sometimes group of us would go there. On one occasion, the owner is on the phone telling off a customer who called to complain. Pretty much cursing this person out because they didn’t like his food. This was loudly, and in front of several groups of customers.
On another, I was REFUSED a refill on my soda, because I didn’t have cash, just a debit card. Keep in mind, we just spent $ 45 on lunch.
Final insult was when they incorrectly made our pizza, and then told us «why don’t you just eat it anyway.»
We all go to «Old Friends Pizza» just up the road now. They have easily lost $ 100 a week from us alone.
