I called ahead to cut down on the wait time they told us it would be 30 – 35 minutes. We arrived exactly 30 minutes later and again was told 30 – 35 minutes. I asked how that was possible, and they didn’t have a reason. It was actually only 10 minutes until we were seated. The service was great. Our waiter was very friendly and would make small talk throughout our time there. We ordered an appetizer and it came out in a timely manner, and the mozzarella sticks were good. Some places have lousy ones, but here they were good. Typically in my past experiences with Ruby Tuesdays it’s hit or miss, sometimes it’s good others it’s questionable. This time was one of the better times. I ordered a cheese burger and it came out as I requested, and it came out pretty quickly. The waiter kept our drinks full and was very friendly. I can’t really add too much more because the service was so good that we were in and out of there in a rather quick amount of time, and we didn’t feel hurried. The waiter was just that efficient in getting our orders taken, and submitted, and getting our food out. If you go and Gary is your server than you should have good service. At that point it will just be up to the cooks to do their part.

I love BBQ Baby Back Ribs, but I am the pickiest rib connoisseur I know. I picked up ½ of the rack of ribs and the rest fell onto my plate. I looked up at my hubby and he said, «Wow»! Ruby Tuesday sent us a buy one meal, get another meal free coupon. Most chain restaurants will email you special offerings, once you sign up for it at one of their locations or on line. Calling all chain food snobs! I am not a fan of the fast food chains. I am not a fan of a lot of chain food restaurants, but there are a few good ones out there! I love Ruths Chris and I like Ruby Tuesdays, a lot. I have been to this location several times and I thought I had already reviewed it. You walk into a Salad Bar, directly in front of you. Behind this wall is a fairly large Bar and lounge, which has the local sports playing on the TVs. Then there are two side Dining areas with fairly high walls for privacy. Each booth has high backs to afford even more privacy. What am I trying to hide, you may ask… Sit down and roll up your sleeves for some of the best ribs you will ever dive into! They can give me all the napkins they want and wet naps to boot, but I would much rather lick it off of my fingers! If Paula Deen can do it, then so can I. These ribs are rated #1 by their customers. What do I expect in a rib is meaty, tender, little to no fat, fall off the bone and flavor. Ruby Tuesdays has the best Baby Back Ribs I have ever had. They slow roast them for hours and the rack of ribs is smaller than most places and I think that makes a big difference. No big fat pig here! They serve them three different ways, BBQ, Memphis Dry Rub or Asian Glazed, which I will try, once I can get over my BBQ fetish. For 50 cents more I substituted the mashed potato with a loaded baked potato and had the sauteed portabella mushrooms, which was a huge portion, as my vegetable. Donna, who was our server last night and in the past is awesome, saw me picking at hubbies salad and told me to go and get my own! Hubby likes their Steak and it came with the salad bar, a baked potato and broccoli. We shared the NE Clam Chowder and have decided we will not order it again here. It tasted burned and bland. I have to talk to you about this Crab Cake appetizer for $ 10.00. It looks so wonderful on the menu, but comes out looking lost. It is loaded with Crab, but for $ 10.00 we will pass on this, the next visit. We, also shared the Thai Phoon Shrimp, which is breaded and fried and then tossed with a spicy chili sauce. This is good, I have had better, I think with a bit of garlic it would be much better. Hubby loves this app. I like how they now have at the bottom of your check, suggested gratuity amounts of your total bill, being 15%, 18% and 20%. Always tip on the total check before discounts! Servers work very hard for their money and economic times have dwindled their earnings. For those skeptics out there that believe it can not be that good, it is a chain, I challenge you to take the finger licking taste test. I always get the full rack, for an extra $ 5.00 and along with some of the other stuff, I have myself a nice lunch for today! It’s all about the Ribs baby, it’s all about the Ribs
